The rooms were small the beds were way broke down No USB ports to charge anything in the rooms dirty towels laying in behind chairs not enough light

The front desk person was not very friendly and could not find my booking.com check in. They charged me $131.50 for the room since they couldn't find the reservation. Once I got hold of a booking.com person who called to clear up the confusion of the desk person, she still couldn't refund the extra money she had charged me. When they went in the next morning to refund me, they charged me a second time. I think I paid for this room 3 times then. The property is in terrible condition. The room wasn't as clean as I expect. The carpet and chairs were stained. The bathtub had rusty water laying in the bottom of it. All, in all, a terrible experience for which I was greatly overcharged. Had to pay for breakfast. 12.00 IMO is too high when I already paid 170.00 for the room as a solo.

Nice place, comfortable beds and pillows.

No blackout curtains. 24 hour Gas station across the street. No USB ports. $13 for breakfast!?!?

They did not have our registration, so we were unable to stay there. I was charged anyway! I am not happy about it!

Shower was nice.

False advertising - They haven't had a jacuzzi since the pandemic, yet still show that they do online and through third party services. Tried to make up for it by giving free breakfast passes. It was bad. Fix the website. Photos listed on their OWN SITE were not even their own hotel. After a full day's drive, we really looked forward to a great soak - this was why we selected the hotel.
