The room was very spacious which was perfect for me and my family. The lobby was welcoming, and the staff was friendly.

The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more as there was hair all over the floor. Every channel on the TV was mostly Spanish channels. The swimming pool was cold and smelled moldy. The one elevator was slow and stalled a few times. Hallway was like being in a sauna. The back door to get into the hotel room would hardly open. Breakfast was the same as everywhere- waffle maker, watery scrambled eggs, hard as a rock sausage and stale muffins.

I liked it for the location. Handy to get around.

My receiving desk clerk was adequate but not very friendly. He got me checked in and got a key in my hand. That's why I called him adequate.

Had to get to hospital early this was close and easy route to get there

We were there again for a medical procedure and Donna at your front desk was exceptionally helpful both times. She was very busy with ringing telephones and went out of her way to assist us patiently. Did not have time for breakfast due to early medical appt.

We were on the opposite side of the hotel from the previous visit and the room we had prior seemed to be a little more modern and updated. Nothing bad, but just a comment. Very clean and well maintained throughout.

Super helpful staff, safe parking with room for trailers, good breakfast, very clean.

Everything in the room felt damp when I checked in. I know that sounds weird but the carpet, the sheets, all the fabric surfaces felt clammy. Maybe they just cleaned it, I don't know. Still a great hotel room for the price.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff and again, super clean.
