Ample breadfast and everything cooked to perfection. This was an outstanding hotel especially so considering how little I paid for the room. All of the staff that I encountred was extremely friendly. Plenty parking spaces and close to the expressway without the noise.

I don't think there is anything that you could improve on.

Breakfast choices were the best. Friendly and pleasant staff. 24 hour coffee machine.

Hot water was a little iffy.

Construction is going on and it gets quite noisy The pool was dirty…

Recently renovated, fresh, and clean. The bed was comfortable and although we were right next to the elevator, it did not disturb us. Breakfast was nice and well done. Good restaurants nearby. easy access.

Unfortunately, the main entrance was still under renovation making ingress and egress quite awkward. Using the carts via the two entrances at the end was cumbersome at best. We understand this was temporary but some alternate temporary ramp for this time would have been appreciated. I also found it strange that I was refused a hard copy invoice upon checkout due to us using a third-party booking. We have done so at other BW hotels without this song and dance. One more thing that was not in the hotel's control - a grease removal truck started pumping at 7 AM at the Bob Evans next door - and the sound resonated in our room to the point we had to leave. We tried calling the front desk, and the restaurant and almost called 911 it was soooooo loud and disturbing.
