The breakfast wasn’t great- not enough room to offer a decent amount of food. No eggs or refrigerated items, hard biscuits. This place needs some TLC.

Staff was great. If you have pet allergies either ask for a 2nd floor room of do not stay there. Really needs updating. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. I only had coffee.

refridgerator froze everything and was unlevel. hanndle on toilet broken, backed up asked for a plunger, never came. hot tubfilthy, room had a foul odor. breakfast had zero diabetic options, not even hard boiled eggs. parking was therrible, i am handicapped and we had to walk from a very far distance. I originally booked sat night and the price online said $100, it came out to $157. when added friday night, the price for friday night was almost double what Saturday night was. The price and value for the bad bad experience was definitely not good. I will NEVER stay there again and will tell everyone i know not to stay there ever. and we travel to Columbia from St Louis at least once every 8 weeks. Very dissatisfied!!

My husband had heart surgery and he had a very hard time getting settled. The bed was ok but he had trouble breathing and the chair was so small he couldn’t even to try to sleep in it. We thought the picture of the room had a couch. The picture also had a walk in shower and seat but we had a tub and he couldn’t get in it so we just stayed one night. I hope we get our money back for the night we canceled out of

Sink was cracked and yellow Bathroom door didn't stay close and if you slammed it closed you couldn't get out with really pulling hard. Toilet keep running Fri t desk acted like we were imposing Air conditioner rattled Musty smell

Room was comfy, bed comfy, heater was on point (17 Degrees out)

The only thing we had an issue with was the homeless people hanging out right outside our window deep into the night and was a little nerve racking with them hanging out 30 feet from our vehicles and room

There wasn't much to choose from.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. We only 1 bath towel.

The TV did not work and some of the light bulbs were burnt out.

beds really comfortable with nearly brand new mattresses. fridge in room. location easy access.

not exactly clean. our door lock didn’t work right and had to have help to unlock door. front desk already knew this but didn’t bother to give us a better room. breakfast late based on what we were told. very basic breakfast.

The heater had the room up to 80 degrees at night and the thermostat seemed broken. It was reading 50 degrees. Took forever to cool the room back down. Couldn’t sleep with it that warm. Should’ve requested a refund but just wanted out of there in a hurry the next morning!

Door handle to bathroom on the inside needs to be fixed, toilet had pee stains on it, remote controls didn't work.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

Our mobility access room had issues. A couch had to be moved so we could get in with wheelchair. Bathroom had issues with sink too high and unable to use shower provided. Room card keys did not work on first try most of the time
