Place was very very immaculate.. loved the available Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast / dining area was set up very nice and lots of different food options to choose from.

The bed was sooooooooo uncomfortable....wayyyyy too firm of a mattress.. had intentions of sleeping in but was not able to do that.. wound up getting out of bed and sleeping on the chaise couch that was in the room.. There were Thunderstorms during the evening and in the morning so unfortunately i was only able to access maybe 5 tv stations.. so I understand that this was not their fault..I also requested if it was a possibility that I could check in early since I would have to be at work during check in time and it would be very late when I got in.. was told that I would receive a call by 2pm to let me know either way but that it should not be an issue. (In which case I never got a call) When I arrived I had to wait at the locked door for quite a while before anyone buzzed me in. Clerk had an attire attitude and appeared like I was an inconvenience

Clean facility, comfortable beds/room

No microwave or mini refrigerator in room, breakfast was a bit slim. No pancake batter, only 1 meat choice.

This staff is extremely professional, but also friendly and helpful.

Great location! Not directly on the highway, but close enough that it was easy to get to, but not loud at all.  all employees were friendly. From the front desk employees to the lovely ladies making breakfast. Everyone was kind and loved to have conversations. 

it was not that we disliked anything. We would’ve like to have a mini fridge in our room. 

Nice and up to date. Pretty hot tub/pool area. Breakfast tasted great! Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out.

everything was easy to get to. parking was easy. their were a lot of amenities. the breakfast was good. people were pleasant. the room was big. loved the Dove products loved the pillows.

maybe add some usb charging plugs. my bathtub and sink had hair on it and there were two dirty wash rags on the shower curtain.

Loved the view and most of the employee's were friendly. Check in and out was easy and the front desk employee's very helpful and kind.

The housekeeper that was very rude when I ask for trash bags and were I could put my trash. We found some trash in the mini fridge but it was in the back so they might not have noticed it. The pool was closed for maintenance for a long time in the morning for cleaning and maintenance but that was understandable beings the hotel was full.
