In the first room, 303, they put me in a room with black marks everywhere on the bed sheets, they moved me to the room next door, 301, and that room's fire alarm kept beeping nonstop, so my boyfriend went to change rooms for me again. That 3rd room 102 had holes in the window and curtains, spiders, Broken pieces of furniture, a broken doorknob, and a dirty head shower with mold... Then the next day, my key wasn’t working, so I went to the front desk to get my key to reprogram, When I told the lady employees at the front desk my room number, she looked at me confused and said to me that we weren’t supposed to have that room at all because it wasn’t done or something like that so the next day as today (July 24, 2024) I asked the front desk for a refund, and I was told that I was supposed to leave the first night if I wanted a refund and I’ll need to contact 3rd party for a refund…

Disappointment check in took a while to call out an emergency. Return 3 days later Ask Can I get compliment On 2 nights.And they told me no. When I get in, the room had to change the bed sheets. Went to breakfast area, kids just went around and wasting food and a mess on the Counter top I had to clean it up for me to fix me something to eat. I wanted to know if I could get Complimentary Comps on A couple days I'm still at the hotel I will be here UntilSaturday. July the 29th.

Wi-Fi was terrible, room was not cleaned properly, was a couch that did not match room.

Absolutely nothing I honestly regret going

Not much the young man at the front desk was helpful.As he could be

the hot tub was broken the pool was ice cold the fitness room ceiling was falling in and teh elevator was sketchy at best well the one that worked. Also,the breakfast was gone by 7:15 am and they didn't seem to want to refill it.

Although it was under renovation it was very clean and quiet. breakfast was amazing and staff was helpful.
