The location was great
My first room has some type of food down the walls and the chair was dirty needed to be clean. The light fixture was broken in 2 bedrooms I stayed in. There were stains on the pillow cases. No back to the remote. All you could smell was marijuana so I wouldn’t recommend taking child there. The front desk manager was also rude.

It was very basic. It was New Year’s Eve . Initially we booked and paid for a king suite with balcony & views ( thought we would see fireworks etc ), but on arrival they couldn’t offer us this! Offered us a double room.
Accommodated us on the ground floor finally in King suite. Breakfast was included .
Very expensive and nothing extra to justify the price.
No hairdryer , fridge didn’t work properly and the coffee machine did not even give half cup!!

Staff was so unfriendly, not really Disney thematic as well, we booked a room with view on the fireworks and didn’t see anything. There is only 1 shuttle to 1 park Disney and they give us wrong time to departure so we missed it. They didn’t clean our room 1 day on 3 days stay. Didn’t have the buffet 1 day due to « electric » problem expect bread and fruit. You can hear everything in the hallway, even see the light of it what mean it’s really not soundproof, so loudly.. very disappointed about the hotel and it’s not happening often..

I liked the pool
The breakfast was trash! Front desk didn’t call as directed for the morning call. Ventilation is poor and the bathroom looked like a covered up crime scene.

The first day, we got people on the font of mu room . Talking and stay there all night . Next day we got a lot of girls screaming and trowing the doors all night till 2-3 of the morning we almost dont sleep that night . And in the morning 2 times at 9 & 9:30 a housekeeping open the door 2 times whit us still in the bed . Because is supposed to be 11am the check out. They said was a error of house keeping when they open the room whit out touch or call first.

The staff that we dealt with downstairs were great. All of them. Went out of their way for us. Especially the gentleman with the handicap. Wish I remembered his name. He deserves a raise. A big raise.
The price of the stay was entirely too high compared to the accommodations.
The breakfast was overpriced so we did not eat breakfast in the hotel.
No ice or vending on several floors. The staff downstairs had to leave their post and go to the kitchen to get our ice for us. He did great but shouldn't have had to.
The towels were very scratchy
The bed was miserably hard.
The shuttle was late more than on time.
