Very clean and close to everything.
The fact that we had to pay for parking.

Mini fridge didn’t work. Cleaning staff loud cleaning other rooms so I couldn’t sleep. Toilet didn’t work for 24 hrs and couldn’t be fixed so had to be switched rooms. The new room had mold and caked on dust on the AC. Staff didn’t seem to care about any of these issues. Overall terrible stay.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and very comfortable for 4 nights. The Breakfast was great, nice variety for everyone. Great location!!! Close to many restaurants, shops, and maybe a 20 min Uber ride from Disney.
Somewhat N/A. — The hotel bar was hardly open, but that wasn’t an issue because the hotel is so close to many restaurants, a sports bar, and lounge. Also the store inside the hotel did offer wine, so I had no complaints. :)

Parking situation was terrible. Front desk service were not welcoming or kind. Everything other than the front lobby is in poor condition. Room wasn’t comfortable.

Unprofessional staff and never mentioned $16/day for parking while booking the hotel
Arrived at the facility at 11:30pm, fridge and microwave were not working in the room assigned, the staff changed the room, was unable to open the lock, came 3 times to the front desk to re-program the key and it didn’t work. Assigned another room, it was 1:05am to enter the room.

Location was good. Rooms were nice. The valet was exceptional... very fast and friendly.
Front desk was slow and unprofessional. Was very chatty, even with 4 or 5 guests waiting in line to check in. Took me 45 minutes to get checked in.

Breakfast was good, location good close to everything. Staff was nice.
Our room started to feel very humid so 2 nights we were very uncomfortable. Didn’t think much of it until the second night, but when I spoke to the staff the staff switched us rooms right away. After being settle in new room we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Parking. They offer parking but they don't have enough. Force to use a valet parking

It was very nice. It had a valet and when you get a ride somewhere they open the doors for you when you leave and when you come back! The pool was nice and was open till 11pm. The breakfast was ok.
You had to pay $14 parking fee per night which I thought was free parking when I reserved the room. Also the light in the bathroom by the mirror didn’t work so it was hard to put on makeup!
