Location was key for my trip. It was close to the airport and close to restaurants and stores.

I didn't eat I wasn't paying 15.00 a person after spending 187.00 a night stay . I think breakfast should be included

A charge was authorized for n my credit card twice for the room. One cleared the second hold is still pending.
They were suppose to clean on the 3rd day, when we inquired staff at front desk gave us attitude that we were suppose to request it even they acknowledged that it was suppose to happen on the 3rd day. Had to take garbage bags from the room to the cleaning lady on day 2 myself.

Close to airport and shuttle service
We chose this for indoor pool and restaurant. Pool was closed and restaurant closed 11-4. Which we planned to eat since our flight was early evening. We just went to airport instead. Wished we would have known both these things before we booked

The hotel atmosphere is fairly good , spacious room, very clean and comfy. The shuttle service is also available for free and has convenient schedule for travelers.
I booked a good hotel to get a place to rest after hectic trips. Sadly I was not able to sleep, there were too nosy machines around my room, I switched off my AC but still noise didn’t go away throughout the night, the noise was very heavy sounding machine, very annoying….

Our non-smoking room had a faint cigarette smell -- noticed by my husband who is an ex-smoker! And there was a lot of noise like moving and banging in the hallway outside our room till about 10-11pm.

Pool area was nice and they offered a complimentary airport shuttle bus.
The hotel wasn't up to standard. The staff were moody and unhelpful. The bath didn't drain aware. No tea bags in the rooms and when we asked downstairs we got a cold Reception. The gym only had large weights (10kg) nothing for females. I have been charged for the room by booking.com and the radisson Hotel have also taken an unauthorised payment for the room even though I already paid for it with booking.com so now I have to somehow get the hotel to refund it. More work for me and lot of hassle. I told the hotel we had already paid for the room via booking.com but they have taken an unauthorised payment again. Wouldn't recommend, highly disappointed

The property looked nice
I travel all day to get to hotel for a early flight. I got kids to bed and was about to lay down and all of a sudden my wife seen a bug in the bed. We looked at the bug and my wife looked up bed bug on her phone and it looked just like one. I had to get my family up at 12:00 at night and we had to leave hotel at four to catch flight.We packed up all our stuff and stopped by front desks , they asked if we wanted another room but , we sleep in our truck.
