The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful
I did not like the bed. The bed was supposed to be a queen size, but it seemed like only a double bed. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable.

Typisches BestWestern am Rande von Savannah, nettes Personal und das Frühstück war okay.
Die Umgebung bietet nichts besonderes, zeitweise viel Verkehr, aber mit dem Auto kann man schnell einige Restaurants und die Innenstadt erreichen.

The breakfast was amazing. The bed, especially the pillows, were very comfortable.
The AC wouldn't come on and appeared broken. I was ok. It was late and I didn't
want to ask for maintenance. I slept without a blanket. The hotel is 11 long miles off I-95. I was driving in the dark and on wet roads and was anxious to get to the hotel. When i got to the exit i was upset to find that i still had 11 miles to go.

It was an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Savannah.

The location to the historic area
The breakfast area was insufficient for the size of the hotel and the amount of guests. There was no place for people to sit.
The noise from both inside the hotel and outside was extremely loud and caused difficulties sleeping.
The noise of what sounded like an air conditioning unit, but was not from inside room 202 was constant throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep.
Staff member sat outside our room 202 on stairs smoking continuously for around 30 minutes during the early evening.

Wow Wow Wow ! Cleanliness was exemplary as was the service from the fabulous team running the Inn. The owners should be so proud of their team and themselves ! Definitely the BEST Best Western we have ever stayed in - thank you ALL so so much. The breakfast team and food are worth a special mention made us feel so welcome authentically and not fake in anyway …

The hotel texted me about rooms available for early check in, but i was charged a fee. which i didn't like, since the room was offered.

The location was pretty good. Although it's away from the city center, it's close to the highway. The room was spacious with all basic amenities. The price is affordable and the breakfast is decent too.
The only thing that could have been better is cleanliness. The rooms were clean but the washroom wasn't cleaned properly. We found hair from the previous guests in the tub and also mentioned this to the front desk.

My niece goes to Georgia Southern Armstrong campus and Best Western Central is located in between the college and historic Savannah. Great location between the two. Ten minutes from the college, 15 to 20 minutes to historic Savannah and 30 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Lots of great restaurants and shopping all around. Great Continental breakfast in lobby every morning. Get there early, everyone seems to take advantage of it. Clean property, friendly staff, and the owner is very nice, helpful and  Accommodating. Beds are comfortable. We will be staying again.
