There was no breakfast on site. Had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel. A very average breakfast .

Nice place to stay for a few nights

Rooms are a bit small

location, cleanliness, room with a kitchen. My son who is stationed in Peterson SFB for the next 4 years lives very close to the hotel.

I booked for a 2 bedroom suite when I made the reservation online a month prior. We arrived at 7:30pm and was told there was no more 2 bedroom suite available. The front desk staff gave us a 2 queen bed room with a kitchen for a lower rate. No choice but to take it. Would've preferred a 2-bedroom suite.

We asked for house keeping on the 2nd day no one came had five people in our suite. Needed trash emptied. Also needed fresh towels after requesting had to go down stairs and get towels

My bill after only staying 4 nights was $1610, about $400 a night which is ridiculous. Originally I was supposed to be there for 10 days but had to check out early. The price I was giving on booking.com for the room was not matching up with what they charged me. I also didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get any cleaning service while we were there and I requested it with one of the cleaning personnel and they stated they only clean after a person checks out, which again is ridiculous. After telling her that I would be there for 10 days she said they would come the following day to give me cleaning services to which they never did. Won’t be staying here again. It’s way to overpriced and has hidden fees.

We arrived at the hotel to be told that the property had overbooked for the weekend, and because we had booked through a third party that they would not honor our reservation. The property had downgraded our room type, but were not changing the price for the room. We were assured that if we chose not to stay that the reservation would be cancelled. The room we were assigned to was shabby and instead of the two bedroom suite we had booked was a room with two queen beds. We chose not to stay at this facility and yet instead of cancelling our reservation the property charged us for the entire weekend at the room rate of the two bedroom suite! After returning to the property to explain the situation to the sales manager we are now currently awaiting a refund from the property. I thought that Marriott was an upstanding hotel chain, but will never book another room at a Marriott facility and will likely never use booking.com to make reservations again given the fact that the reservations are not honored by properties. This was terrible experience.

No tv or WiFi the whole time we were there and staff wasn’t that helpful

Stains on couch and chair that should've been cleaned. In bad shape. Ice machine didn't work! $150 non-refundable pet fee, even for my 10Lb hypoallergenic Schnauzer, and the crappy maids stole my expensive shaving kit! Worst stay ever!!

Didn’t eat Breakfast on site. Location was beautiful

Late check out was not available. Nor was there another room available as we were trying to stay another night the day we left anywhere on the property.
