Breakfast closes too early. People were on vacation and get up late

Overall clean environment, free breakfast was excellent! Pool was well kept and clean. Room layout was cozy.

My room was disappointing… No welcome brochure with a listing of local restaurants or hotel information. My room was falling apart , the chair upholstery was peeling , as well as the paint on the walls and bathroom mirror frame. My toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten the bolts up myself. Only one of my burners on my stove top worked. When I checked out and advised the front desk of these issues , her response was just that it was because it was the last “handicap “ access room they had available and they were getting ready to begin remodeling it ! Really? Totally unacceptable . I will not be returning . Not for what I paid.

It was close to the downtown area

The refrigerator did not work. The hotel was being remodeled which we were not aware of. There was debris and it was very dirty. The staff were not informative.

Breakfast was great, the front desk person was very nice.

The furniture in the room was not good, chair had holes and torn in some places flat, no cushion. The couch, turn into bed, couch was torn and no cushion. Bed the same way. The beds were nice and kitchen nice, hallways to the room has trash sitting in the hallways. Broken plates, no one picked them up and it stayed there from day through night til next day. I initially registered to have 4 adults but it changed to three and I let front desk know, still charged for four ppl. With the price I paid and the furniture and place it should be in better condition. Stayed for two days

Staff was welcoming and helpful. They were always busy and worked greet each person that entered. They provided a beautiful entry way, one day over fresh lemon water and one day strawberry water early accessible, DOVE products and they were displayed nicely in the room. It was a great breakfast and evening social. Ice and drinks were always available 24/7.

luggage rack did not work well. Whenever I had to handle my luggage in my own, it made it hard. The 3rd floor was still in process of updating. There were no floor baseboards and some of the wallpaper on the bottom was coming off.

Clean place , good value and breakfast was good.

I had call a month before, a week before, three days before and 5 hours before arriving to make sure my reservations was good for arriving at 3am on dec 22. They told me all good for when I arrive. Unfortunately when I arrived the night desk person said sorry we over booked we have know rooms I dont know what to tell you. I told him I'm staying here for 8 days paying over 1200 bucks my room better be ready. Night clerk threw day staff under the bus by saying there are know notes in the system about me calling at all. I told him to call and wake up the manager of the hotel. Then oh my he had a smaller room he could put me in until 900 am when manager got in on dce 22. Manger did apologize they comped me the first night and move me to my correct king 2 bedroom suite. I feel that after driving 14 hrs to get there, checking and rechecking on my reservations multiple times this should not have happened. Next time may I will stay at embassy suites.

I did like the location; it was close to the airport. There were hotels all around surrounding the area that I stayed in. We were kind of century located to a lot of the malls and stores in the area

I was unaware that they were renovating so the furniture was a little outdated old the carpet was very dirty I was disappointed even with the bed Not very comfortable I wish they had told me that they were renovating and some of the rooms were not completely renovated and that was the room that I was in so I was very disappointed I tried to find another room in another hotel but I wasn't able to do so So I was stuck there for 3 days we made the best of it though. The staff was pleasantThe downstairs area was pretty nice and the pool was very nice
