Room was hot. I couldn’t regulate temperature. I did not get maid service any day.

Rooms are outdated: room smells very old (like mildew and urine), walls need to be cleaned and repainted, and carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced soon

Only one face (wash) and the room was clean but very worn No working fan in the bathroom m, bare light bulbs with no covers , cracked tiles and old shower curtains a very old, worn and depressing bathroom But we were just there for one night

The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the woman who checked me in was polite.

I waited for the shuttle from the airport and called three times before anyone left the hotel to pick me up at 11p.m. The first two calls, I was informed someone was on the way. The third time, I called the front desk and was told someone was leaving to pick me up. When I explained this was my third call and what I could really anticipate, the person hung up on me. When I went to sleep, the air conditioner was on, which was necessary and it was extremely loud. I have had in room air conditioners ("splits") before and I have never had one this loud. I honestly couldn't sleep because of the noise.

The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom a little small.

We were together with another couple. Would have preferred to have adjoining rooms or closer together rooms.

Staff helped us find another room, after we found the first room to be totally unsatisfactory.

The breakfast was really good but should be extended for late risers.

The pool says it's heated and we had to ask to turn the heater on which took a long time to heat up and the kids weren't able to swim because of it.

Staff went out of the way to help me. Unfortunately, the staff was really the only positive for me.

My room was completely dirty and actually had blood spatter looking stains in several areas. I was so tired when I arrived that I fell asleep and didn’t actually look at the room until I woke up. If I had looked prior, I most definitely wouldn’t not have stayed there. They also don’t actually have a restaurant, the only real reason I picked it over other airport hotels.
