There is one lady Hispanic with red hair that is so rude and unfriendly. She does not speak and acts like she does not want to be there. When I get someone else it is all good. The other girls talk and are helpful. But that has a problem with doing her job. Other than that pour stay is quiet and comfortable

The room was ok clean did find a pile of hair on bathroom floor. The refrigerator bottom didn’t get cold the freezer was as our refrigerator for our stay. Need more pillows on beds.

The room was clean and stocked well.

The property had alot of people staying there that seemed to be conducting questionable activities. Standing around outside of their rooms at late hours talking. The front desk representative was not very personable or welcoming.

The room we got was a mess, clothes and stuff everywhere. Obviously occupied by someone else. Asked for a different room. The new room had two issues: deadbolt didn’t work and fridge didn’t close properly.

Keyla was nice enough to let us stay a little bit longer at the pool !! Thank you keyla you made my kids day as they were in a tournament all day!I asked for a late checkout with extra pay and no options were given the next day that was a bummer
