Location right off I10.

Clean property, functional, friendly small staff.

After check in we had to go back to front office and get the issued door card activated after we unpacked car and lugged all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. When we got up there, apparently the family across the hall had to do the same because they were all sitting in the hallway. When traveling details like that make a difference.

Tried to book a suite with a kitchenette, the DAY of was told that they don’t have my room, after I called?? Then down sized me for $10?? Then I asked if I could cancel my room and they told me no. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BIG FAMILY!! THEY DO NOT CARE. They will NOT let you know if your room has been down graded until YOU call THEM.

The staff was amazing and they had breakfast

Lots of homeless around the hotel, shower was dirty, noise from the freeway, wifi was horrible to work with for our business, staff was nice

Great beds & Pillows. We arrived at midnight and the front desk man, (Carl?) was super patient and helpful. The day after we got cookies! #greatlittledetails

The staff was very nice and room was quiet cool and comfortable.

I didn't like having to go down to the front desk repeatedly because key cards wouldn't work. It took three trips on the last morning only to be finally told they needed to replace the batteries. This wasted so much time and being locked out repeatedly on both days was frustrating and embarrassing. Also they need to vacuum better. Someone trimmed toenails and they were still on the floor.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.

Tucson's freeway system sucked. The entire 10 freeway was stopped cold and added an extra half hour of our drive time. It's not the hotel's fault though. Most everything they did was spot on for making the stay there pleasant and comfortable.
