The gentleman that handled the breakfast was very polite and nice and courteous to everybody's needs that came in and out during breakfast hours he made sure the food was restocked. Housekeeping did come in and cleaning my room and made my bed and give me fresh towels and pull my trash daily

During the first night a humongous Roach maybe a water bug came out of the restroom at that point I was disgusted I felt unclean and uncomfortable so I did not extend my stay as planned there is no elevator to unload and load your luggage to the second floor traveled with a toddler was impossible to get my luggage upstairs

Front desk receptionist was disrespectful before I made it inside, blew me off saying that I did not have a reservation

The Subway was great.

The two rooms smelled pretty intensely. One of weed, the other of carpet cleaner. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the ground, odd stains on pillow cases, carpet moulding missing in places. A lot of grime on tile by sink. Probably some black mold on the lamp shade. Extremely thin walls, we could hear our upstairs neighbors yelling and having some kind of dispute into the late hours of the night. It was a cheap place to stay, but all of that stuff really showed the reason why.

Not enough towels for a family of 4! The breakfast is water downed eggs and sausage patties need a lot of syrup to mask the frozen taste, the elderly couple who service the breakfast area watches you like a hawk. Makes you very uncomfortable, they sit in the corner booth next to the window!

It's an older ranch style hotel but it has had extensive updates. It was a great bargain. The pavement in the parking lot was the only negative. It needs to be repaired. Otherwise great little place to stay 10 munster from downtown!

Parking lot on the sides needs to be repaved.

Staff was friendly, and immediately came to help when the toilet was clogged before we arrived.

The toilet didn’t work properly. After the staff plunged it from the people before, it flushed about twice before stopping working again.
