Great buffet breakfast- close to convention center- staff was super nice.

It was all great.

The room looked new. The staff went above and beyond. The location was near my conference venue.

The food for one breakfast was not good. The hot options were a crustless quiche that didn't taste good, a bell pepper omelet (not a fan of bell peppers), and turkey sausage that looked green and under cooked. I kept trying to eat until I started feeling nauseous. The next morning was MUCH better. There was plain scrambled eggs, sausage that was the right color and looked cooked, and waffles. I ate happily that morning.

Some of your guest were extremely rude and inconsiderate particularly in the pool area. Parents just permitted their children to run amok - they had no control. As a result one child did a bomb into the pool and hit me square in the face. AND i do not appreciate guests smoking marijuana in the pool area.

It was in a beautiful old building, the location was great. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My room did not have a USB connection to charge my phone. I did not have a plug adapter with since all hotels I have stayed have some type of USB plug in area.

The free breakfast was welcome, and I think it included a good range for all tastes. The location was fantastic for me - my RedCoach bus dropped me off at the door, and the Astroville Walking Tour of the Tunnels left from the Starbucks at the same location. The Receptionist was able to direct me to an ATM in the hotel reception around the corner which was very helpful.

The latest late check out I could get was an hour later so I elected to book an extra night so I could stay until 6pm when my taxi was booked to take me to the airport.

Corner room have water leak. Most of the time many things like lotion etc. not available. I will not prefer to stay during rainy season. Fire alarm gets kicked off many times during my entire stay.

Helpful,friendly staff esp. afternoon/evening receptionist. Large,clean rooms, good facilities incl. a bath!. Central location (Downtown), near Metro trams, handy to museums etc. Hotel swimming pool a bonus.

Downtown would have been great back in the day but desolate now, unfortunately. Rowdy boy racers midnight-2am disturb sleep.

Ariel and her front desk staff were excellent! They were very welcoming to our pet even though we did not see very many other pets around they made us feel right at home, and location!

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Very pleased overall. Great location for our ultimate destination (Hobby Center).

our second morning included cold showers - to call it room temp might be too kind. the main bed was hard resulting in tossing & turning all night due to my joint issues. the end of the fold out sofa had been damaged previously (the bottom corner was bent down) resulting in us having to prop up the end of the mattress with pillows so my son's feet didn't hang down while he was sleeping. after trying out the coffee pot, I decided it would be better to wait to go down to breakfast and one of the plugs by the stove didn't work. and terribly noisy due to numerous vehicles throughout the night revving their engines or blasting their radios as the drove past HPD administration (clearly intentional). it is understood that the hotel has no control over this particular issue but important for tavelers to know.

it was dirty & not well kept. our closet door was off the rail. the bed skirt was ripped the dishwasher had dirty dishes

Breakfast start at 6am was great. Location was excellent near tram and work location. Man at reception was incredible. Handled entire operation alone while being so helpful to all and keeping the most pleasant attitude throughout.

Pillows were not comfortable- one was too low and two were too high.

Really best stay ever!! My family enjoyed it a lot. Location is just right, in the middle of downtown! Breakfast is awesome, staff is really nice. We would like to visit again!! Recommended for Family and otherwise.
