The room was clean and had the basics for a short stay. Was in a prime location if you are visiting Warren, Ark. Don't pass this little spot up.

The hotel is a bit dated but not show stopper.

There was black permanent masker all over the room, burn holes in the comforter, and the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I like the room service and the location.

There were no other services available for the customers. No Breakfast No Business area No Pool No Community area for lounging or just visiting If I had to stay longer for business or personal reasons, I would not stay at the Clairmont

I just think the property was not up to standard.. the ice machine didn’t work nor did the vending machines. We paid 45 dollars up front in cash for our dogs but we decided to leave them at my fathers house. although the staff was informed of this. They didn’t offer to refund the pet deposit. our room wasn’t cleaned and we were only allowed to have 2 towels and the towel for the floor when you got out of the shower.

Very clean rooms. Plenty of parking and very quiet. We will be staying here again. Great value and easy check in, especially considering we arrived late that nigh.

Location was ideal. Room remodel is great. Had a quiet stay.

Customer service was lacking. Couldn't pay online, then would not accept credit card of person who booked if not present. Bedding was stained.

The staff was very rude every time we had to deal with them. Started off by calling us at 2:15 PM wanting to know when we would be there to check in when I specified that it would be a 6PM check in. And they argued that I booked three rooms for two nights, when I booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Took a bit but got that straightened out. When we checked in the man running the lobby was very rude and couldn't wait to get paid. This site says breakfast included. It is not at this place and needs to be changed. They sighted COVID for the changes. At this time if they are not going to serve breakfast it needs to be stated they do not serve breakfast. COVID is here to stay. When checking out I informed the front desk that my second room would be checking out separately. One room checked out at 8AM the other was going to be around 10AM. Housekeeping just let themselves into the other room, the other still occupied at 8:15AM! No knock! And the front lobby called repeatedly shortly after 9AM wanting to know when the room would empty. The staff is very rude and very pushy for the price you pay. Then, not to serve breakfast even though it states they do.
