Proximity to the beach. Space in each suite, kitchenette with all utensils pots pans etc

Elevators and parking garage. Only two elevators left you waiting. Parking garage was very tight and pillars affected just about every space.

First get to the room and I sweep up a pile of dirt and sand as big as the dust pan is a bit unsettling. The bath tub had stains and a bunch of mold. It didn't feel fresh or clean. Just make it smell nice and it would have. For $1800 for only 3 nights.... it was a bit disappointing. The utensils in the room were very poor quality. The plates were stained and we weren't sure if they were even clean. Slow elevators. A/c didn't go below 70 degrees. But hallways were 90degrees... Towels and toilet paper were not brought to you as a guest, you had to go get them. Again for the money I expected a more luxury stay. Guest want to feel like royalty when they spend $1800 on 3 day stay...

Very good location if want to be close beach and inlet . We where here for the weekend concerts at beach it festival.

The evaluator stopped at every floor going up or going down.

Location was convenient for my activities. The front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. Parking was convenient

The street noise was very loud

We liked the space we had for 6 of us and plus the commodities

Staff was very rude and unwilling to assist anyone. Then they would get annoyed when you interrupted them.

The room was great. Affordable for a holiday weekend, close to the beach, clean, full kitchen… The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The indoor pool was freezing cold. Parking garage, the columns were placed kind of weird making parking difficult.

Room didn’t look that clean, bathroom was dated and looked worn (caulk peeling around shower & sink), parking was minimal and hard to find a spot, and pool closed to kids at night and that’s why I booked here so we could use it at night after being out all day. Very expensive for the weekend.

I was so disappointed I took my family to beach room floor were dirty when I called to ask to clean floor she said I had to pay a $65 housekeep fee I ask to speak to management so they got someone to clean it . They need a serious upgrade bathroom had mold n corner of wall I would never stay here again so disappointed

1 of my rooms was not clean I was then moved the tv didn’t work the tub stopped up the heat did not work and in my other room there was a bad smell that was there the whole time no matter how many times I sprayed the pillows were hard

I loved the game room and pool table

I didn’t have a balcony and I requested it and I didn’t like every time I went outside I had to use my key to get back in also didn’t like when you first come in the room one of the bedrooms was right there I came with my kids didn’t like that they had to sleep right where the door was at I didn’t want no one to knock and my kids try to open the door the beds should have been in the back
