We stayed there years ago and loved it, not this time.

There wasn't much parking. Our door latch kept locking us out of our room, and one night, we spent a half hour in the hallway. We had to sign a paper stating there was no smoking in the hotel, but we smelled pot in the lobby and our room all night long. I'm very disappointed with the facility. 🤬

When you flush the toilet it sounded like a bomb going off, waking up someone if they were sleeping. They wanted$14 for a breakfast buffet that had only a few items and was ice cold.

I liked how clean the facility was and the whole environment. I loved how there was a resturaunt connected to the hotel also.

There is a lively and busy pub on site, and the food is good. The outdoor patio at the pub is awesome, with an outdoor bar, fireplace, and raised/submerged seating areas. Kitchen closed at 10pm. They had live music on Saturday night. None of the sound carried to the room. They have a cooked, hot breakfast buffet in the pub. The beds and pillows are very nice.

The parking for the hotel fills up quickly and its on a hillside, so the overflow parking is the pub and golf course which is complicated to get back to the lobby and guest room levels. The toilets are not elongated bowls. There's no USB outlets for charging in the rooms. Its 90s chic.

The quite location

I decided to go down to the restaurant and order food. The man Jake behind the bar was incredibly rude and he made me feel like I'm not a person who was worth his time.. I ordered my food no thank you no nothing..when my food did come up he just sat it on the bar and didn't have inform me it was there. I got my food to my room which I had to change after the first day because I had discovered mouse traps next to the bed there were no condiments no silverware I then discovered my burger was very undercooked and couldn't take it back to the restaurant because they had closed The next morning when the restaurant did open I took my order bar and the same bartender was there. He informed me that there was not he could do his manager wasn't there . Very upsetting 😡 and dissatisfied and disappointing
