location was awesome . the manager was great in fact told me to contact him when we come down in August . in fact we got two rooms and originally they were not together but they moved them so we were side by side

floors could have been a little cleaner

The bathroom was awful. Dirty and mold around the tub. Shower faucet kept falling off. Bathroom shelf and toilet holder were hanging from the wall. Hot water in toilet. Vents not working in bedroom. Had to keep air on high (too cold) in Living room so we could get air in bedroom. Parking area was tight and small for the number of guests. Service people didn’t speak English so we had to keep going back to get the towels etc we needed even after we called the office.

No breakfast no pool our towels and wash cloths were wet and the heat didn’t work someone sent the cops to our room at 3am while we were asleep I feel like they are under new management and they really need some help

the managers were awesome and I had a birthday gathering with no worries

There was no AC in the bedroom it was decently hot when we arrived. There was a window with the bright hall light shining through because there was only blinds no curtains floors turned my feet black from not being cleaned The bath tub faucet fell off so we couldn't shower until the next day in a different room once one became available maintenance didn't speak any English to be able to communicate directly with us... Over priced for the night considering it wasn't a conversation stay the view was nice in the morning but couldn't enjoy it due to trying to figure out a shower

The only thing my family and I liked about our stay was the location. It was at a great distance from everything we needed.

The pictures were nothing like the actual room. The room was out of date. It had no refrigerator but online it said it did. Also the first day we had no tv at all. Luckily we brought our game system and was able to watch something. Also the heat didn’t heat up the whole room, just the areas close to it. Don’t get me started on that shower.

It was across the street from a place that my family likes to shop and get souvenirs

They didn’t tell me there was no TV until I finished checking in Friday . Saturday evening the the front desk lady LIED to my face and said oh yes the tv is fixed and Sunday when I check out there was still no tv !!!

Location was great

Bed bugs we left in the night didn’t stay the whole night. We were all itching.

Absolutely nothing, rooms were not at all clean my coworker found a dehydrated hotpocket in the microwave, I found lots of food crumbs in an under the couch.

Place looked like a war zone I know they renovating but dam it wasn't at all pleasant stay, asked for refund they said talk to 3rd party I booked through. The pics online had to be from years ago not at the same

It is was a nice place to stay even though they are remodeling and getting ready for the summer.

Someone pulled off one of the rain guards off my husband's truck while we was at the hotel.

The first room we were put in had multiple bags of trash under the sink, beds were dirty. In the second room the smoke alarm was beeping, the third and only other choice was less than desirable but we could not get our money back..so antibacterial wipes was a must..

Dirty washcloths scared to sleep in the bed because the Lennon was dirty didn't take a shower because I didn't have the proper washcloth and towels they were both filthy

I have 1 leg and stayed on 6th floor. Elevator broke and no one offered assistance. Scooted on my butt 6 floors in the stairway. Very poor service.

The nice lady who help checked us in after the rude guy didn't have customer service skills.

The rooms was dirty and had a funny smell. Nobody came to clean room. The shower was dirty especially the shower curtain had black stuff at the bottom. Sofa was too hard. Floor was dirty kitchen only had microwave and refrigerator. Hold weekend they had people working on building so couldn't sleep in because people was drilling etc. Seventh floor was a mess stuff everywhere in the hallway where ice machine was. Will never visit this place ever again. The gentleman was very unprofessional to us checking in. Would rate this hotel a 2 not a 3
