The big soaking tub in each room was a major plus!

It’s important to know that the shuttle is on-demand vs. a true 24-hour shuttle.

There needed to be more wash cothes. But other then that it was great!

Breakfast was great every morning.... Beds are a little soft for my taste.

there was NO WIFI in the rooms and the carpets were all full of gravel and dirt.

I go out of my way to drive actosss town to stay at this hotel multiple times a year for work.

It was about an hour before check in and I could here banging on the door, thought maybe they were pounding on neighbors door because I still had an hour before checkout. And then all of the sudden I hear the door open without my permission knowledge or approval. Thank god I latched it otherwise we would have all been in a very uniform table situation. When I opened the door with my belongings there were theee people standing their. My question is, if there are phones in the room, why not use them to alert guests instead of mindlessly pounding on the door to make a scene?!

The room was spacious and very clean. I was impressed as well with how quiet it was. The best part for me, however, was the tub--simply amazing! It was HUGE, spotlessly clean and you can even watch TV from it.

The bed was a bit too firm for me. I did not have the most comfortable night's sleep, but that is a matter of personal preference.

we stayed in our room late and it was never made up. I’m sure if I had said something at the desk it would have been done, but i didn’t.
