Room was very spacious with a small sitting/work area, kitchnette, refidgerator. Very comfortable bed/mattress and pillows. Nice view of the park behind the hotel. Good TV and wifi service. Fairly conveniently located to downtown (walking distance). Good breakfast (hot and continental) with friendly service.

Hotel is under renovation but ok. Faint paint smell in room (3rd floor). No trash receptacle in room (brought from reception after call). Had to run shower/lavatory/kitchenette hot water for 15+ minutes to get hot water.

Everything was in close proximity. We walked to a lot of places.

A shuttle to pick people up from airport.

The breakfast was decent. The location to my eye surgeon was good. I just had to find new places and directions.

The cost for this site is out of balance. the room reeked of pet urine. The carpet was badly stained. The hide a bed was badly stained, not comfortable to sit on.

The rooms were worn. There were big stains on carpet & couch. Wall paper peeling. Shower had stains. For the price that we paid, I expected so much more. It really needs to be redone.

The front office lady was very nice. Breakfast was decent

The hotel is very run down. It seems almost dirty for how run down it is. Our room had musty smell.

Location very good, bedroom/suite spacious and comfortable; bathroom good with effective shower.

one or two things a bit scruffy but work was underway replacing flooring in the entrance and breakfast room so confident things will be better when the work is finished. Staff were generally helpful but rather unprofessionally dressed - weren’t sure if they were customer facing staff or back office stand-ins!

My room was closed to a aircon compressor ,throughout the night all I can hear is the noise from the machine.

The staff was amazing! They took excellent care of me. They made good suggestions for things to do in Anchorage. They also assisted me when I got fiercely sick after eating at a place not recommended by them.

Check-in is at 4pm! This needs to change! No pool. The 1 wht. Female w/ glasses employee was very nasty rude and almost seemed vindictive! As my husband myself n 6yr old grandson were sitting quietly on couch waiting for check in. Our grandson got tired. I took off his shoes n he crawed up next to me to rest a little. The white short female heavyset with glasses came over very aggressively directly spoke to him. Telling him to get his feet off the couch, sit up, put his shoes back on, and KEEP them on the floor. Very mean n rude and stomped off. I was in shock as I couldn't believe she did this. Our grandson started to cry and wanted to go home! We felt we were on pins n needles. I also didn't want to be thr. 2 days went by, and I asked the same employee if we could have our room done. She explained very snobby thT we need to REQUEST the day b4 to have our names on the list. Fine. So I asked nicely to be on the list. The next day. Again, there is no service. We approached the maid and asked if we're on the list, and she said NO! I felt we had a target on us from her. We were thr 2 weeks and each time that employee was on we just avoided her. All other staff were awesome. Service was awesome when she wasn't working. Our brother stayed thr 2 weeks prior and he explained that he had same problem( non cleaning room n snobbyness ) with same employee. I also asked other guests.same She needs to be fired!

I’m concerned about the room not being cleaned all week just giving us clean towels at least they should have cleaned my room even once during my stay.

The rooms had a lot of space and the workers were excellent at greeting and making you feel at home
