Liked the central downtown location. Great brew pub across the street. Walking distance to restaurants.

A bit of noise due to downtown activity, but didn’t hinder sleep.

We LOVED our room! We were on a higher floor that looked out to the Harbor. It was overcast and rainy so a little cooler. Balcony door open to let the breeze in and watch the boats come in and airplanes landing on the bluff. There was a church across the street that had a clock that chimed on the quarter hours and I loved that. Great restaurants to walk to as well! My only negative is that I was traveling with a foot injury so I couldn't do as much walking as I wanted to and walk around the town to see the shops and sights.

check in was a disaster. Only 1 room booked instead of 2. Staff did their best to help but check in slow and frustrating. Rooms facing 5th Ave extremely noisy at night making sleep difficult.

Room was big and the balcony was nice. We had to store our luggage since we were early. The Glacier Brewery is across the street which was great. When we went back and checked in, our luggage was in our room.

Confirmation stated check in was 3 pm. We arrived at 2:30. We were early. But was told check in was 3 to 3:30. Pick a time and stick to it.

Superb location along the Fur Rondy parade route and within walking distance to the Fur Rondy, which is the reason we booked the hotel. Staff were lovely, as well as the room. No in-house restaurants, but plenty of options nearby including the Brewhouse and Humpys.

Very few negative comments - it would have been nice to have parking included in the rate at no extra charge, given there is quite a bit of room around the hotel. Also in-room food options would be great so guests do not have to leave the hotel room during the middle of winter.

I loved the huge comfy bed. I really liked the fact that I could park anywhere out side amd only had to tell the front desk and register my truck. Very convenient. I wish the room had a small fridge and microwave, but that's ok. The dresser that had the tv on it was a bit bad, they nailed the tv to the dresser so you could only move the tv and turn it so far so we had to actually move the whole dresser. Well I went to turn it the first time amd when I did the whole top was not even on so I cut the crap out of my finger and that hurt and bled pretty bad. So that could definitely be fixed. Other then that I'd say for the money we paid it was nice. Very roomy and the bed was very comfortable! I'll definitely be coming back here again. I usually stay at the Embassy Suites hotel, but they were all booked so we came here. I'm not disappointed at all. 😊 The balcony was very nice as well.

The fact that there was no Microwave and fridge! Also the door doesn't close all the way. Well it did and u could lock it but if u just pushed and pulled the handle down it would open right up. That was probably my biggest concern to be honest!

The location is awesome. Most things in town are walking distance. For the rest there's always a cab nearby or uber. There is a nice restaurant in house which is very handy. The staff was really nice, knowledgeable, had some great tips for us what to see and do in and around the city. Angelo was particularly helpful. The room was comfortable and a nice size for 2 people.

There was a vending machine out of order on floor 8 and there was no sign on it, so we weren't able to buy water at first. But luckily the machines on the other floors were working, so that was fine. Also, maybe consider adding a few more hard soaps? Some like to shower with those instead of the liquid one. The charger right next to the bed is not a good idea, at least not for light sleepers - the wheezing sound from it is quite loud at night.
