Was breakfast supposed to be complimentary? I didnt have breakfast.

Garage parking gates were a little annoying

Room was clean, comfortable, staff was very and very helpful. I had few deliveries to hotel and I get them all.

Internet - you have to pay if you not signed for Marriott, which is not right I think and cost if huge per day. I mainly visiting Europe and wifi is free everywhere. Breakfast - absence of buffet and each time I ordered meal, I didn't know what I will get in the end. Quality was great, but it was hard to imagine what I will get. I seen size of food in America, so breakfast size nowhere matching rest of the meals. one day I stack in elevator, I pressed alarm button, but it didn't work properly, I was making noise and in about 10min someone heard me and called for a help.

The bed, tunel to the mall. Starbucks.

Location was great. Mall across the street. Walking distance to a nice restaurant.

A little pricey. Cheaper would have been 10 star. Paid parking for guests is a no no.

I originally had booked another hotel. I had traveled for a work event. Upon arrival to my original hotel, I discovered that they were experiencing electrical problems. I cancellated that reservation. After 7+ hours of traveling I had to try to find another hotel on the same weekend T Swift was performing in Houston and all hotels were booked. I was so thankful that this hotel was available. They saved me from having to travel back to Louisiana.

There is nothing that I did not like. The Staff was great. The room was very clean. I had everything that I needed in my room.

As in all properties location is very important and for me it wa central for my purposes and easy to access.

I have always stayed at the property since it is central to my business. The location is good and easily accessible by car with self parking.

In the past it was pet friendly and there was no extra fee. This time I was charged an additional cleaning charge that I was not aware of until check out. This fee will deter me from staying there again!

Nice facility

Ice machines did not work and room was not cleaned the second day on Tuesday as requested. And hair dryer was broken.

Despite having a dirty room. They had to change my room. The staff friendly and accommodating. I just wish the experience would have stated off better.
