This was a beautiful old hotel in walking distance from our destination. It was close to the campus and surrounded by lots of food places and lovely little shops. The staff was friendly and the valet made sure our car was ready to go at our very early departure time.
We could hear the conversations from the rooms nearby. The room was too warm no matter how much we tried to cool it down.

Beds were really comfortable with high quality bedding. Central location. Breakfast included was really good with plenty of choice

The location was perfect. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the lady in the reception for being very welcoming and helpful as it was my first visit to Ann Arbor and she suggested lovely restaurants around the hotel for me to dine in. The room was clean. Definitely, I will choose this hotel for my next visit.
The price was a little bit high.

It is quiet, extremely well located and appears cozy.
I booked a 1 bedroom suite on the lowest floor available. I got that. However it was at the back end, overlooking the alley on 2 sides. The garbage trucks arrived each morning at 4:45, continuing until 5:15. The end of peaceful sleep. Be careful of what you ask for.

Close to U of M hospital.
Valet parking guys nice.
The kitchen help was rude!
And was hoping to get discount for staying there-
while wife had a procedure at U of M hospital.

Great location. Good ambience and decoration. Well equipped bathroom. Breakfast ok.
Lots of noise coming from outside the room and from outside the hotel in the morning. Not so good if you are on vacation.
I think hotels became horribly expensive in the last years, while value dropped.
