Comfortable room, there’s a refrigerator and microwave in the room, there’s a nice breakfast in the morning, overall good value for the price.

The cleanliness outside of the rooms is horrible. There was garbage overflowing the garbage can and piling up on the ground around it at the entrance to the hotel. Returning at night it was still in the same condition with even more trash piling up. The hallways inside were littered with trash which was not removed in the course of my stay. The floors appeared to not have been vacuumed in days and an overwhelming stench coming from them as well. Inside the room, the cleanliness was better, but outside it was unbearable. More than this issue not being addressed, there appeared to be no cleaning at all for the two days that I stayed there. The fan in the bathroom made a loud and screeching sound when in use, water didn’t drain that well in the sink.

Excellent value for the price. Nice, spacious room with refrigerator and microwave and coffee. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, more options and better quality than most hotel breakfasts, very clean and appealing area. Excellent lighting in the parking area, very convenient, central location.

The outside hallways smelled like smoke and drugs, although inside the rooms were clean. Not a lot of water pressure, but it was adequate. Definitely got more value for the price of this hotel. I would definitely go back.

Not clean. Fortunately I had disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes. l slept in cloths.

The bed was comfortable. Room nice and clean. Easy to find room.

No elevator. Outside lights too brigh and the curtains let too much light in at night. Breakfast was okay.

I was in room 230 there was mold and fur growing on the wants above the shower spickits the smoke detector was hanging from ceiling the tv was out could not turn on the coffee maker had a note saying sorry was not working oh yea the first room they gave me was 220 when i went in there first they never cleaned the rooms used towels on the bed this was by far the worst rooms i ever booked and i had two rooms and co-worker had issues in his room

Poor breakfast. Nothing to put on toast except for jelly. All starch and fat breakfast. Location was ok.

Blood stains on bed spread, no cold water from sink, dirty room, no one available on site or by phone to resolve issues.

I had a lot of problems, a stranger came into my room, then the employee came into my room and kept asking me if I was a guest, but the worst thing is that my wife and I were in underwear. room with cigarette smell and dog barking in the next room. horrible !!! If I could I would like my money back!

Well alot of things, one no TV and room had a smell

The room was extremely humid to the point sheets and towels were damp regardless of the temperature the a/c was set at, curtains were moldy at the bottom, the clothes rack was pulled out of the wall to the point it was unusable, there were stains on the mattress cover and the box spring cover. None of the TVs worked for the entire stay, they were out prior to our arrival and we were not made aware of this situation upon arrival. Requested a partial refund and have not heard back from the management.

For a short stay to rest your head, it was good. Staff was very nice, breakfast was decent

Broken outlet in our room that they didn't tell maintenance about. My husband finally had to go find maintenance himself to get it fixed
