A man died in the hotel room next to us, we literally saw a gurney with a body on it and smelled this when we walked past the room full of cops… and staff did nothing to compensate my stay. Shower was broken. Walls were stained with dirty sticky residue. Bedding was stained.

The bed was very uncomfortable and people staring at u when u walk out there door and loud noises at night as your trying to sleep so I have to turn my tv up

Absolutely horrible, nothing I can say was acceptable.

I ordered non smoking room and the smell of smoke was overwhelming, the place was dirty, my shoes stuck to the floor and many holes in the curtains. We didn't arrive till 1 a.m. so we covered our mouth and noses and laid down for a few hours. Going into the bathroom the next morning, there was a shower of water coming out of the light fixture on the ceiling, which is a fire hazard so we definitely could not take a shower there. We told the office about the issues and they promised to refund my money and cancel the reservation for another 3 days we had already reserved. We found another hotel at the last minute and even though it was $25 more a night it was what we expected and we are having a great stay here. I received an email the next day from Hotels, saying they were not going to refund my money even with a fire hazard. I plan on fighting it but if this is the service they provide I suggest you use Hotwire or Expedia.

you could hear through the walls you could smell cigarette smoke through the walls and the phone was filthy, and there was a dead roach on the phone

Nothing. It was so dirty I had to go buy Cleaning supplies, a mop and vacuum.

It was dirty. I couldn't use the microwave it was so nasty they put me on the 2nd floor and elevator wS out of order I asked for assistance when I was leaving and they told me no they couldn't help me .
