The lady at the front desk was really nice
The towels and washcloths disintegrated in water

It was vacant and had toilet
It’s typical American motel that ran by people from other india. Bedbugs, overpriced !!, terrible location ( it’s dirt Myers so every location is terrible ), bedbugs, smelt like mold and wet basement , stiff mattress ( I couldn’t sleep all night ), trash lowlife you can’t call ppl all over the place etc … great example of American superiority 🤣

Nothing, place was terrible, full of bugs, drug dealing people and loud noises all night.

The place it was horrible. Room smell cigarettes , shower was not working. I felt the place filthy and dirty. I do no recommend to nobody.

the receptionist smoking marijuana, the elevated full of vomit, the facilities dirty and with a very bad appearance, in addition to the people shouting and drinking everywhere, it does not have. breakfast however they put it on the web and in relation to the price too expensive for the terrible state of the installation and the service

The staff was very courteous and nice and check in.
Upon entering the room, the room smell of cat urine. The room was really dark and dingy. The toilet was loose at the base it had mold growing around the base of the toilet. The bathtub had mold growing. We were unable to stay in the room due to these conditions. We chose to stay at a different location instead of staying in this room.

I felt safe at this location. The room was clean and met our needs. Close to the facilities for a concert we went to see. Breakfast was not available due to covid still.
Very little outlets in the room. Couldn’t plug in our phones. This was the biggest drawback of the hotel. Everyone has phones and not enough outlets. But safety and cleanliness are more important.
