The beds were comfy the breakfast was good but could be better. The price was high for a weekday rate and giving the location but other then that it was a great stay.

The price and the 11 checkout noon would be nice. But other then that no complaints.

could not get a room down stairs when I booked this 2 months ago. senior is hard in the stairs

Rooms wasn’t clean. Had to change room and sheets wasn’t cleaned

ceiling tiles dirty, sink backed up, and the AC wouldn’t stop buzzing all night.

Hi The people was friendly , the room we got was horrible . Not clean , water damaged and dirty

This looked like a hurricane passed to this place , holes in the walls , front door was damaged , you could hear every car that pass on the freeway, sofa was filthy , food on frames , water damaged curtains, floor damaged , ceiling water damaged , paint bubbled by the water damaged , one lamp Didn't work , phone didn't work and it had the wrong room number on the phone , dried ketchup in coffee table , restroom countertop had nail polish on and the frame of the restroom door was really bad and damaged , and they left a old dirty sock in the restroom wish it tells us they didn't clean the room

The beds were hard, and one of tiles what sticking up a little from the floor.

No one bothered me.

I was booked for the suite but when I checked in I was given a regular room. There was water damage in my original booked room and I was switched without notice. When I went to my given room, the heat didn’t work so I had to be given yet another room. I was never offered or given a discount for either room changes. The shower head pipe was loose and I couldn’t adjust the position and there was terrible water pressure.

It was quite somewhat clean. Staff was helpful.

A little dirty outside . They had the volume on the TV set really low couldn't turn TV louder. The breakfast was just plain I know it's continental breakfast but everything doesn't have to be so plain. This company makes a lot of money they could and least include a better breakfast...

noticed there was some new renovations,bed was comfortable, the people that worked there were awesome!

door seemed like someone tried to break in before, one of the lamps didn’t work cause wire was cut off, phone was missing buttons lol (thought it was funny) also the area was a little suspicious but never felt in danger

The location was good minutes from everything.

Not many tv channel options, restroom a little small.
