The unit was clean, comfortable beds. Location is right on boardwalk close to the beach entrance and restaurants. I was nervous about proximity to the boardwalk and the noise level, but our one bedroom unit faced the side building which was very quiet. You need to adjust your expectations. This is not a hotel, no elevator, and unit is dated, but it has what needed for a short stay. Bring your linen and toilet paper, and knife if you're planing to cook. The balcony is great with the nice beach view.

When you have to bring luggage, food, linen, or strollers and carry all to the 3rd floor, this is for people who can handle the stairs .

We were right on the beach and it was so beautiful. couldn’t have asked for a better location. Being right by restaurants and souvenir shops was perfect. We were within walking distance of anything we needed.

I’m not a fan of stairs but that’s on me and not the property or the owners. LOL. The apartment really was great and I will definitely be back.

The location was fine but the glass on the sliding door was fogged in between the panes so you couldn’t see out

Was suppose to have a full set up kitchen , only had small frying pan tp cook n the stove was broke , only one of the small burners worked until I messed with the other ones n could only get another small burner to work , oven temp set knob was broke , had to guess temp of stove . Couch was very uncomfortable n the sliding door wouldn't lock , that wasn't to cool

The location was nice

Too many stairs we were on the third floor. There was fur around the apartment hair in the shower. The rack in the refrigerator was rusted. The son of the owner was very Rude. stating if we did not like it go somewhere else. everybody was booked so that’s why we end up staying there.

The location was perfect and very quiet and peaceful.

Only had a few issues with our cable, and some of the lights weren't working.

We loved the location, the fact that our whole group of 7 could all be in the same apartment, and the space available in the apartment to play games, do crafts, and just enough room to all be together! We were very pleased and impressed with Angelo’s attention and promptness getting our electricity, hot water heater, and air conditioning problems resolved so quickly. He was very kind, helpful, and just a pleasure to know! He did everything in his power to make our week amazing and worry free…He definitely succeeded!

The apartment could definitely use a remodel. The decks were all a little sketchy, old, wood, some steps were separated from the risers closer to the bottom, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, everything was very old-functional, but old. (except fridge and stove-they seemed newer) Not many dishes and old, no dishwasher, not fully equipped as stated in the description, sliding doors were very hard to open/shut, the handle broke off in my daughters hand as she tried to open it…Light bulbs were missing, smoke detectors were beeping on arrival-dead battery in one, the other one wasn’t even wired in-not working at all. Angelo also took care of that shortly after we told him.(except the non functioning one). It listed 6 beds and one was missing-a cheap couch replaced it, so one of our guests did not have a bed and the 2 pull out couches were not even doable VERY OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE, so 2 adults had to sleep in a full bed together…very crowded. The description and photos showed the 6th bed, but upon arrival we discovered it was not true. Very disappointing! Either provide the 6th bed or change the picture and description of the apartment.

Location was right off the boardwalk and the person in charge of the apartment was wonderful.

You will need to bring your own towels and linens. The apartment is a quad so you will hear your neighbors if they are loud.

Breakfast not included

We booked off season, and no one was in the office at check in time. We had to make a couple calls and then wait about 15 minutes. It was a religious holiday for the owners, so we understood. It would have been beneficial to have that info prior to check in.

The location was perfect. Staff was very welcoming.
