La ubicación

La luz del baño no servía, no hicieron limpieza en el día, el cuarto olía raro, la mesa de noche estaba rota, encontré ropa interior de alguien en la puerta de atrás del baño.

Vending machine was broken and staff couldn't provide a bottle of water when asked. Hot water was cut at 8:30am but they announced a day before. Some weird people in the property. Hallways were dirty with stuff people left out and they were never cleaned during my stay over 4 days.

Location is really good, cheap in price

The room is a little old, so it had a stronger smell of old furniture. The breakfast is basically a complementary Coffee with some cereal bars and cookies.

It was what I expected from the price point, the location was not bad and once things got fixed it was better. Would I stay again just at a different location and do more research.

The first room was a mess, the bed was not made and the tv didn’t work. I wanted a different floor because I know what it’s like on the first floor but that was the only king that they had. We did get a different cleaner rom at a cheaper price but again on the first floor.

Lack of cleanliness, rude staff, broken items in room, advertised amenities not offered, lying management

Cleanliness of the room was awful. Told staff about it and they offered to charge me to sort it out. We have to come back multiple times a year to the Convention center bit this visit has made it difficult to choose extended stay once again. If we had gotten a low deal on this thats one thing but we paid market value. Also no chairs for the kitchen table. Breakfast was poor, no one turned on the coffee machine. We have stayed in Ex stays before and they have never been this negligent. We deserve a full refund to have been forced to sit in this filth

The location near the Convention center and sea world was nice. A few of the staff was kind and friendly and check out was simple.

I paid in advance of me showing up for a deluxe King room, but on arrival we were told they didn't have the room we paid for and we could either leave and a different hotel or take a smaller single sized bed. Upon arriving to the room found it was dirty, also there was no coffee maker, pot or pans for the kitchenette, no plates nothing. When i did get a coffee maker from the front desk it didn't even work. The pull out couch bed mattress was disgusting, covered in stains. There was a distinct smell of pee. Also it is not labeled on the site, but you have to PAY to use the room phone for any and ALL CALLS.

I only liked the man who checked me in.

When I walked in my room the smell was horrible and it was spots on the cover. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for my money back because I couldn’t stay there and I still haven't received a refund.
