The lady that checked us in (and then right back out) was the only positive about this place. Her coworker however was terribly rude.
The ac in the hotel room didn't work. It was 90 degrees outside and we had just walked around for 5 hrs outside. When I went down to the lobby the lady that checked me in was busy so another lady motioned me towards the counter. I told her the ac didn't work. I asked for another room if available. And she very rudely told me there were no other rooms. Didn't offer any other resolution. So I asked for a refund and we left. They were also doing construction, which wouldn't have bothered me. But the hallways smelled bad and the workers were playing loud music while working in the hallways right outside of rooms.

Quiet, clean facilities with friendly staff
The automatic self serve coffee machine was not good. A small price to pay compared to the rest of the fine services provided.

- before I arrived they give the reservation to another person and once i arrived they said another person in your room which is funny.
- they didn't even check your ID before stay.

Decent location close drive to the mall and downtown. Great breakfast included. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. Quiet located location with other hotels nearby , no major road in front of hotel so it had no traffic noise Room seemed clean enough for 3 star hotel.
Biggest problem was it very much seemed this room use to be a smoking room. There was a lingering smoke smell that both of us noticed. Likely a Reno is needed to remove that smell. Tile needed a steam clean and bathroom walls were patched in a couple of spots.

Friendly staff and very comfortable room. The hotel is close to restaurants and the highway. They were very pet friendly which is a plus for me.
I paid for the reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, the front desk asked for my credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals. A few days later I saw they charged me for the stay. I sent a message through Booking.com and have not received a reply (I've been traveling and now am in one place for a few weeks). I also spoke with a very nice woman who called to check on my experience. I let her know the problem and she was going to look into it. So I'd just like to hear back and have that credited to my credit card.

We left shortly after breakfast was supposedly open at6 AM but the serving are/ dining room lights were still off so we couldn't see what was offered so we just grabbed some coffee and 2 pop tarts on the way out.
We asked for a room on the first floor as part of our original reservation and received an email response saying our request was no problem, but when we arrived we found out that there were no first floor rooms available and instead we were given a second floor room at the furthest end of the building. This was a long walk for two senior citizens with a dog in tow. No help was offered to cart our luggage, so I had to grab a luggage cart myself, load it, and drag it into the elevator and then from one end of the building to the other by myself while the front desk staff sat and watched.

Room and cleaniness.
We went to breakfast room around 9 am and didn't see anything there. Egg was not there, Waffle was not there and pretty much very nothing in breakfast. We usually select this hotel not just for stay but also for a good breakfast but we had a bad experience and empty stomach causing us to have early lunch and tweak our plans. After we complained to the receptionist, she reacted promptly to help but the helpers were not really eager to help. I am not posting such reviews on google as i know the hotel reputation shouldn't be affected due to bad breakfast, so please address this asap.

Bernie on the front desk and Ava from housekeeping all seemed like they belonged to the same pack and behaved likewise too…. downright rude. Dirty linen, dirty bathrooms, room did not get cleaned for 6 days in a row inspite of several requests.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating since we arrived very late due to our flight
the floor in our room was very slick felt like a wax on the floor also there was hair in our sink. we were too tired we just needed the bed.
