Very neat at the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean. It came complete with chaise and desk. Great shower as well.

El cuarto es bastante espacioso.
No me gusto que no hagan la limpeza diario, entiendo que es por una politica pero ni siquiera lavan el baño no tienen la cama. El closet es demaisado pequeño y no puedes guardar todas tus cosas. Y solo pasaban a doblar las toallas, me quede 4 días y se supone que hacen el aseo cada 3 día pero llego el día número 3 y todo estaba igual.
No me gusto nada la poca limpieza que hacen justificandose con ser más amables con el ambiente.

The property was clean.
It started out with a $200 deposit that I wasn’t made aware of during booking. One your average family doesn’t have an additional $200 that can be taken out of their account for 2/5 business days, especially when traveling, and two a $200 deposit on a $85 room seems unreasonable. Then the pool was out of order and we were not made aware of that prior to check in, this was one reason we booked this hotel vs a much cheaper hotel.

The property is so nicely remodeled. They did a great job at the presentation.
You can tell where they cut corners on some of their items in the remodel. The sower and water pressure were not good at all. The water temperature could be turned up as well. And the hotel charges for EVERYTHING. The breakfast, the coffee, the late checkout. It understand making sure you make your money. But hotels feel like home for most. So would just be a nice touch to get complimentary coffee since I just paid a nice coin to stay the night.

They said they have shuttle service from the airport and that was the reason why I chose it; I called several times before my arrival to confirm the shuttle and they said it was all set; but at the airport the shuttle never showed up after waiting 45 mins with a toddler and at the end I had to take a $30 transportation to get to the hotel… once arrived it resulted it is in construction… dust, cables and mess everywhere; not family friendly at all… They offered an early wake up service (call that never happened, fortunately I didn’t need it ) that was never provided… the worst thing was the bully attitude from the receptionist on service at 8:00 pm on Apr 8th … the worst experience I had ever have… will never book that hotel chain or recommend it.

The room a blood spot on sheet , the Desk clerk had a lot of people laying around in the lobby we had to moved to another room from the 6 floor the heater didn’t work.

It was near the airport
I didn't like anything the front door had gray tape on the door you enter. Cats in the front parking lot. Smell of marijuana soon as you step off elevator! And on this stay I got bed bug bites.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient.
Nearly everything else : bad smell of cigarette/mold everywhere in the building, half of the lights in my room didn’t work, only one plug in the room, the internet didn’t work, no breakfast and an abandoned swimming pool, very old infrastructure in general. Some guests of the hotel were fishy.
I have to say the bed-linen and the bathroom were clean, at least.
