Close to the airport so great for a layover with a good breakfast Spatiosus room

The wait for the shuttle late evening was quite long ( next morning well arranged though)

Check in was easy, they do apply a $50 incidentals charge on your credit card when you arrive

Rooms were very dirty, sheets did not feel clean and there were hairs in the bed. The shower backed up and water pooled, there was stuff on the towels. Overall the room felt dirty.

The location was near plenty of food, hangout and gas stations .

The elevators were not working

Loved it Nakesha was amazing and sweet! I’m a former room inspector and housekeeper and the beds were made tight and no popped sheets no hair no where but the towels weren’t removed they were damp and rolled up but I didn’t complain bcz I give yall a 92/100 QA

The breakfast lady with short curly hair didn’t say excuse me reaching over guest and I was making coffee…

El personal que atiende en el front desk. La dama que estaba el 6 de julio a las 01:00 de la madrugada no debería atender el servicio al cliente. No saluda, no colabora con el huésped. Contesta de mala manera a las preguntas que se hacen. Adicional, se escogió ese hotel porque tenía servicio de shuttle para el aeropuerto, y no había servicio habilitado. (llamamos 3 horas antes y nos dijeron que estaba todo ok) una vez pasamos la Tarjeta, preguntamos y la respuesta era que el bus no estaba en operación.. Ningun respuesta amable.. Incluso fue grosera... Indicando que no debía importarme porque estaba dañado el shuttle. Adicional, a las 2 de la mañana llegaron huéspedes haciendo muchi ruido por 20 minutos en el pasillo. Concluyó que la persona a cargo no le intereso que eso incomodara a los demás huespedes Me arrepiento de haber tomado la noche aquí.

Me encantó el servicio de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Muy bien el desayuno. Tiene gimnasio y piscina.

Es un valor alto para los que no ganamos en dólares.

The temperature in the room wasn’t regulated very well. I went from hot to cold often. The elevator was very hot.

Uber got confused on drop off and had to cross the street at 12am. As there are two holiday inns.

Nice clean room, comfy bed and modern decor. I loved that there was no carpet and the bathroom was also really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was super convenient to the airport and to the rest of the city.

The elevator closest to my room was broken.

Everything was overall good. I like that the property has a gate for parking that put me at ease.

The corners in the shower could’ve been a little cleaner and more options for breakfast which I could have just gotten to breakfast a little late and missed everything.

Das Auffinden des Hotels ist für einen Ausländer gut 👍. Die zweckmäßige Ausstattung meines Zimmers erfüllte meine Ansprüche für eine Nacht völlig. Ich habe nichts vermisst. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diverse Restaurants und Tankstellen ⛽️. Mit dem Auto ist ein Krogermarkt leicht erreichbar. Die Entfernung zum Flugplatz mit PKW dauerte ca. 12 Minuten. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück OK. Würde ich vor einem Abflug wieder buchen.

Die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Parkplatz für Hotelgäste finde ich nicht angemessen bzw. etwas zu teuer.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well-arranged. The staff was helpful, and the hotel layout was convenient. In a way, it's a shame that my schedule didn't allow me to spend more time at the motel.

The only drawbacks were extremely minor: A couple of lights and two or three individual electrical outlets next to the bed didn't work, and the pancake machine in the delicious breakfast buffet was a little temperamental.

Breakfast, kind staff, non- smoking environment, and the property is very clean.

It’s not really kids friendly because I have a baby daughter.

Too much noise. You could hear people in the hallway, lobby and outside of the room on the first floor. Need much better sound rating. Also, the bathroom door handle was broken and one of the charging outlets next to the bed did not work.

Broken elevators, only 1 out of 3 were working. Unreliable shuttle, as it's every hour...maybe ... And it would only drop us off at domestic side, while we needed to be at the international. Once upon a time, shuttles would take you either side.

Nulla. La peggiore esperienza della mia vita… e ne ho fatte tante!

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 6 persone ed abbiamo ricevuto la conferma. Fatto il check in siamo entrati nella stanza e c’erano due letti matrimoniali. Il divano letto non era apparecchiato. Siamo andati a chiedere delucidazioni in reception e -come se fosse tutto normale- ci han dato lenzuola ed un (1… solo 1) cuscino. Niente coperta o piumino. Ci siamo arrangiati a fare il letto (divano letto) ed ecco la seconda sorpresa: tre asciugamani per 6 persone: ma questa volta non ce ne hanno dati altri. La receptionist della notte ha risolto tutto con un laconico “questo è tutto quello che ho”. Anche la colazione era terribile: per nulla assortita e con prodotti di poca qualità.
