There was absolutely no breakfast available. There was not even a facility to hold the breakfast in that area. The staff was not helpful of any questions that I had.

This was the most horrendous hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The paint was off the walls. The curtains did not hang up and they had dried blood on them. The bed had hair all over it. The bathroom faucet was not connected to the counter.There’s hair all over in the bathroom. The furniture was torn into pieces. This hotel absolutely should be condemned. To add insult to injury… they changed the amount of the room to my credit and debit cards , and charged the 50.00 deposit twice to my debit card!! Called to file formal complaint!!!

I did not like anything about this stay

I got there and the front desk was super rude. The elevators going up to my room smelled and looked terrible. I get to my room and it was filthy and smelled humid and of cigarette smoke. There was no lock on the door and holes in the door u can see through. There was bugs everywhere. The next morning when I went to shower the towels were stained and dirty and there was mold in the toilet. On top of that I had to pay extra for the free shuttle to the airport because it was not mentioned to me that they did not go to international only domestic.

Front desk clerk was courteous. The building was dirty when we drove up. Trash was everywhere, the Poole cover was held by duck tape and trash and leaves were in it.There were different transactions taking place right outside in the parking area. We did not check in,we could see it was trouble waiting to happen and we felt unsafe. We did Not check in. We did not get any pictures we left as soon as possible. Please take this off your list of places to stay for visitors. It was a housing environment. I do not recommend for anyone. Poor condition.

The clerk double booked the room. another patron tried to open the door and enter with their key. Lucy I had the latch flipped on. Also I slammed the door shut. safely was a question.

You have to pay a deposit on top of the price of the room. There are strange people changing out front and in back of the property. There were yellow stains on the bed sheets. No TV remote in the room. Towels in bathroom were dirty. I checked out in one hour and they kept my money no refund.

The worst dirty room I ever been in. Left to get another hotel.

The bedspread had at least 5 ash burns, there was no trash receptical in the room whatsoever, the TV was on when I entered the room which kind of freaked me out, the toilet brush was randomly laying on the floor, the facial tissue dispenser was empty, the paint on the walls looked like a kindergartener finger painted, the "free breakfast" was essentially a 6 pack of bagels and coffee and nothing else (no napkins, cream cheese, forks, plates, etc.) I could go on with ancillary issues about the room, but suffice to say, don't stay here unless you soley need a place to sleep.

I liked the location of the property, because it was near the airport. The bathroom had soaps and hair conditioner

There was mold. My family all had headaches because of the smell of weed that had been previously smoked in the rooms. We had to get our room changed because the deadbolt and door knob had completely fell off within 3 minutes of being in the room for the first time. We heard a lot of banging on doors and yelling in the middle of the night which scared everyone in our room. We also couldn't find the breakfast that was supposed to be included.

This property was beyond disgusting. it was so destroyed that we checked right back out and asked for a refund. there was graffiti in the room. the ceiling in the bathroom was falling off. rust was all over the lamp. the tv did not work and the cable was hang off the picture on the wall. the picture on your site did not look anything like this room. this needs to be removed from your site. if I ever get a room like this again I will never use your site. the people who checked in behind me was also checking back out. I hope to not see there post on your site again. I took pictures if you would like to see.
