the waffle maker didn't disappoint

the room smelled, the AC wouldn't cool the entire room, the shower was rusty, there was hair in the bathroom. it was just gross.

The airport shuttle was handy! The room was a good size and bathroom was lovely.

There was a strange smell behind the bed….

Location to the airport was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but it didn't have many options. The bed was comfortable enough.

The hotel has new elements, but even the new elements are damaged. For example, the bathroom tile had rough patches like resin had been spilled on them. The floors looked clean, but my shoes creaked as if they were sticking to the floor. There was a depression in the floor under the flooring that compressed further if stepped on. The floor in the bathroom, especially the area that would be behind the door when opened, was stained or just not cleaned well at all. There is a thin, long shelf on the wall in the bathroom that is sagging away from the wall. It was only deep enough for trinkets (didn't appear to belong in the bathroom). I suppose, if you bring a lot of pill bottles, you could line them up on the shelf--were it better attached to the wall. Noticeably absent were towel bars--so bath towels were stored under the sink on the far side of the bathroom from the shower. The bed pillows were very small yet very full.

The location to my events, real breakfast items, BIG dining and seating area for breakfast, Cleanliness and color scheme of the room, and the size of the king-size room were wonderful. Lots of electrical plugins. Great parking and very friendly and helpful staff at the desk.

Was bitten by Bed Bugs even after switching rooms me and my guest awakened with new bites and no further communication or compensation was done from the property

I have assigned connected room and middle of the night from next door women was shouting and tv volume was high and really got disturbed all night 30 to 45 min i beards and then i have gone to front desk and ask her help because in room telephone was not working Also bed was dirty i got lots of itching and rashes on my body , ac not working, connecting to front desk phone was not working People book room for cleanliness and for relaxation but in my case both thing not satisfied and totally disappointed and spoiled my day

The airport shuttle was problematic as the driver took us to the wrong Radisson hotel before we showed him the address, but he was happy to take us to the right one even though it was off his route. The bar meals we had were excellent. the sports bar vibe was great. The bedding was super comfortable. Return trip to the airport was faultless.

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was in a horrible location. Smelled horrible when walking in. The coffee area was dirty. The front desk/reception employee was being rude to a customer. The walk up to the room - elevators were filthy, carpets were filthy and the halls smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

The room was nice and there was a restaurant on site.

The staff was not as friendly as expected. The shuttle driver was somewhat lazy.

They couldn't find my booking and check-in took a long time. The hallways reeked very strongly of cigarette smoke.

Wifi was horrible never got connected, bright bright light outside bedroom window, breakfast should be earlier and coffee, reg and decaf should be available in the lobby early hours especially since breakfast is not until 7 am

I like the fact it was only 8 minutes away from the airport. The menu was good if you wanted a meal or a snack. I only stayed the night, breakfast was included which I didn't have. Overall it was a very quick stay. The bed was comfy, the room was a good size.

There was hair on the bathroom and bedroom floor. My hair is short and blonde, this was long black hair. The strong smell of cannabis cooking from the hallway. I was told it was a non-smoking floor. That wasn't a thing.

The proximity to the airport, the room is spacious.

Everything else was bad. Customer service, the noise from the highway, they put me in the worse room in hotel, though I left a note a week prior saying clearly I want a Very Quiet room which they have. But still they accepted and on purpose gave me the noisiest room in the building overlooking the highway at a corner on the highest level. I didn’t sleep all night and it affected my business meetings the next day. I complained to the hotel and still did nothing about it! From someone who travels 6 months a year, I give this hotel a big fat zero

Check-in and check-out went fast and flawless. My room was spacious and in good condition.

I waited almost an hour at the Domestic terminal North for the shuttle bus to arrive. If the outside temperature is at freezing point that's not a pleasant experience at 10 pm after a 9 hrs. flight The breakfast could need some improvement and the ambience of the breakfast room itself is perfectly matching the quality of the breakfast.

Location, Room was clean

Soda machines out the whole time, no waters available, nothing to drink, hotel phone did not work, did not get clean towels or wash clothes, bed was not changed during stay, and only 3 small pillows.

Oud pand met totaal geen sfeer. De hele boel heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Lag langs hele drukke snelweg. Zit je met je kamer aan die kant dan is het een enorme herrie! Eten in het bijbehorende restaurant was koud en smerig. Heb het ontbijt maar afgeslagen.

Easy to get to and from the airport, shuttle service very useful, staff was helpful when needed, rooms recently renovated, mini fridge and microwave in the room a pleasant surprise,

Facility under renovation so some spaces were not usable, some buttons in the lift did not light when pressed which did not inspire confidence, bed firm to the point of discomfort, location loud from airport and highway traffic, mini fridge barely cooled anything

The room was large and comfortable. The free wifi worked well. The staff was friendly. The shuttle was convenient. The hotel was an excellent place to spend an overnight layover, and a great value to boot.

I have no complaints or suggestions for what could have been better.

I got to the property and I did not feel safe, I reached out to Booking.com for a refund and I was only able to be refunded $5 of my $100 purchase.
