Last minute booking due to unexpected stopover. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast had lots of options. Cheap compared to other options but expensive given we were there for only a few hours.

Very noisy as under the runway, booked for free shuttle which wasn't operating in either direction so cost us $40 extra in cabs which we didn't know until AFTER booking so might have been better spending that on a better hotel.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, but the room was not done no soap, no face cloths here on the floor smelly and when I asked for towels, someone came to my room, not in uniform and shorts and a tank top

Il n'y avait pas de shopping à proximité pour trouver certains qui n'étaient pas disponibles dans l'hôtel.

The hotel attendant didn’t come to the desk for 10-15 minutes and I felt unsafe because the attendant had friends and significant other in lobby just hanging out. The room smelled like cigarettes and urine so I requested to checkout and get a refund within 5 minutes and she stated I couldn’t get a refund

The entire experience

The staff was really welcoming and friendly, nice refreshments in the lobby as well as great breakfast.

The room smelled really bad moldy smell, as if the carpet was wet underneath. Luckily we were staying 1 night or I would’ve had to change rooms.

It was close to the airport, and they have an airport shuttle, so it was convenient for my early morning flight. Terry, the receptionist was very helpful.

The walls were paper thin, so I could hear everything in the next room. The first room I was given was not cleaned yet, but they were able to quickly fix the mistake by giving me a new room.

The hotel corridors were dirty, it was missing soap and towels were not enough to guests number. Staff like don't mind to be gentle with guests.

Before I booked this hotel on Dec. 17, I called the hotel to confirm that for the one night booking from Dec. 23 to Dec 24, it is ok to check-in at 6am in the morning of Dec. 24 and check-out at 1pm. Because my family and I had a red-eye flight and arrives at Atlanta on Dec 24, I want my family to have a place to sleep for a few hours. They said this is ok. Then I booked the hotel room and left the request in the note. On Dec. 23, I called the hotel one more time to confirm that I would arrive in the following morning and would check-in around 6 am. They said it's all good. They even told me that I will call them for a shuttle pick-up once I arrived at the airport. However, once I arrived at the airport and call the hotel for shuttle pick-up, they told me that my room is a no-show and I can't check-in. I listed all the reasoning above but the front desk just said that it's impossible to check us in that morning. After my family was staying in the airport for 1.5 hours, I finally booked in a different day use hotel for my family to stay. This is one of the worst experience. After I contact with the hotel later when I'm back home, they said they will look at the incident and get back to me. However, they have not contacted with me so far. Since the hotel never provided any service and cheated my money out, I requested a refund. However, Booking.com staff said that the hotel wouldn't refund me that Booking.com can't do anything about it. I would stay away from the hotel and the booking.com from now on.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big and the lady that makes the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Everything seem old and kinda rough tub was chipped and not clean or rust around the drain looked dirty and water would not stop dripping.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast actually was very good! Fresh fruit, everything was cooked properly. A nice variety of choices to choose from.

The front dest was a little rude when checking in. I asked for a proper receipt because there was a about a 30 dollar difference from what I was quoted when I made the reservation and I just wanted to understand what the charges were from and it never showed me and he couldn't explain nor understand what I was talking about but I wasn't going to let it ruin the trip. It was just disappointing he wasn't willing to take the time to help nor give me a receipt that actually showed the charges of the overall stay and to be rude about it. With that being said I will say the rest of the staff was very friendly always said good morning or hello I thought that was nice. It would have been nice to know that the pool was completely closed we just wanted to relax and sit outside by the pool to enjoy the cool air but it was shut down completely.

The bed was comfortable, it was close to the airport, the guy at the desk was nice.

It was dirty. The first room we were given was not cleaned or prepared (bed had been slept in. The people next door started playing loud music at 12:30am and it continued until we left at 6:30 am. The fridge in the room was not cold. The lock on the door looked like it had been jammed. I called the property the next day to ask for an receipt/invoice and still have not received anything.

Very Ideal convenient for me as a business man. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect spot next to airport. Free telephone calls on local calls. Able to recieve calls. I like it.

The pillows are too small, the air conditioner was not working very good since the room stay warm and be aware that the parking fee is $10.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the airport.

The facility was not clean as it could be. The first night I stayed there I woke up to bumps on my arms and hands. I immediately asked the front desk to move me and my family. When being picked up from the airport I was told the shuttle arrives on the 15 and 45 of every hour. That did not happen. My family waited an hour and a half for the shuttle.

The hallways and bathroom floors could have been cleaner.
