The pillows were not all that comfortable. They apparently have people who live there and they were just all strange looking just gave a weird vibe. They also were so stingy about giving out towels or face cloths. Check out is at 11 AM and our party was only staying for the night now it would’ve been one thing. If The checkout time was 11 o’clock and it was 12 o’clock and we hadn’t checked out but at approximately 10:15 AM, a little short woman who appeared to possibly be like Asian descent or Mexican descent beating on the door as if the police were trying to gain entry I’ve been up for several hours at that point, but the kids were still asleep and I was going to wake them up at approximately 30 till so we can get out there. I didn’t hear it because I had earphones in my ear, so apparently she had been beating on the door of our other members of our parties door very loud and heavy. It is so inappropriate to beat on peoples doors like that. Especially if it is before the checkout time. Which brings me back to all the weird people that I saw in that hotel. Who knows maybe you do have be like that with your normal clientele. We didn’t ask for a wake up call we had been on the road for 12 to 14 hours. We didn’t need to wake up call. We had our alarm set because we didn’t wanna be there any longer than we had to absolutely be.

The pool was closed even though other hotels had there pools open, and it smelled like weed

The price and location were convenient

The ac unit in the first room we were given was not working. They gave us another room. The hotel had strong smoke smell of cigarettes and Marijuana. I found ashes in the room and burn marks on sheets, fridge, bathroom counters and table. The fire alarm in my room was not connected. The second day of my stay I returned from lunch to find the ac unit had been removed. Leaving the room hot and water on the floors. We left after they replaced the ac unit. Upon returning a few hours later front desk staff told us they had a worker go inside our room while we were gone and were accused of causing a leak. Which left us confused as we were gone most of the day.

Roaches!!!!!

My room door was open when I walked to my room and it was not clean

only thing I liked about this property was the location from the airport.

The room that we had had roaches, they were crawling all in the bathroom all on the floor all along the wall we could not stay in the room, wind up, leaving as soon as we checked in.

Absolutely nothing.

The place needs a major upgrade. Mold in bathroom. Rust on pipes. Paint peeling. It was bad. Staff was watching porn in the open on the computer when we checked in at night. I could see the screen. The security was horrible, it was raining hard so they locked the front door and made us walk around because too much water was coming in. That's how you treat people who paid money to stay in your hotel? We were drenched. We washed clothes in the laundry, both washer and dryer machines broke on us, they were crap and we received no compensation for the lost money. Overall I'd say tear this place down, don't know how they are still in business.

Everything..my whole experience there was horrible from the Marijuana smell to the water not getting hot and nasty filthy rooms.
