The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Stick to toast and waffles and you will be fine. After looking at reviews for this Motel I was skeptical but the location and price were good. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The front desk people are friendly and knowledgeable but when they leave the front desk their sign says back in few minutes which is actually 30-45minutes.

Need more potatoes ? eggs / bacon / fruit/ milk/ better coffee / cakes.

It was clean and an excellent location.

I picked the property for shuttle service to the hospital. I found out we could not use it because of the times of operations. Breakfast was fair and the parking lot was too small.

That after complaining I was told I would get a full refund by Usaid, the manager.

Unknown powder in area of floor, water in bathtub wouldn’t turn off, to name a few things.

the staff was friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities . Location was great for the NRG stadium and tons of food and shopping available in walking distance

we had multiple issues during our stay. We had a King room and the hotel did not have blankets and pillows available. We had 2 small square pillows and sheets only. when we asked for blankets and towels it took 3 hours and us going to the front a few time for them to tell us the hotel did not have any available. This made out stay very uncomfortable. In addition the bathtub in the bathroom was not functional. Something that did bother me as well was we had a do not disturb sign on the door and staff ignored it and still entered the room. We just happened to come back at the right time to find this out. Parking was also minimal and difficult to get a spot after 6pm .

we chose it because it is near Houston Methodist. There is transportation to and from hospital. We never had to stay long to get us checked out. All the employees were really nice and helpful.

Breakfast is good enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

It was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping . Good breakfast and 24/7 availability of tea/coffee both at the lobby and in the room. Grocery, restaurant and other required shops are available close to the hotel in 5 minutes walk. Staffs were very welcoming and supportive specially Ramya at the reception was incredibly efficient and courteous providing all required information and fast check in. overall it’s a good value for money. Certainly I would love to stay here again.

Hotel could keep a staff at the entrance to assist in carrying luggage during checking in and out.

It has an excellent location about 6 min walking to the NRG stadium, perfect if you're planning on going to a concert because you avoid being stuck in traffic Good breakfast options

Check-in was not ready until 4 pm (an hour late), there was no wifi during the day of our check in (when we asked about it, we were told that it was because of high activity and were not able to connect until 2 hours before our check out) and there was a cockroach in the bathroom

The only thing to like about this dump is the location to the stadium.

The rooms were average. The facility is far below average overall. The elevator jerks, making noises along with the screen not working. The facility is dirty and needs maintenance/repairs for small stuff. (Piles of flaking/chipped paint of paint etc on the floor.) But the problems go beyond that. The staff is rude and arrogant. I asked what time does the pool close to the young lady at the counter? "Closed for maintenance for 1 month". The following day the manager said, it's open. "No maintenance was needed." The tables were dirty, so I asked for a rag to wipe it up. I literally was told to "go get one from my room". The following morning the "breakfast" was slim. We asked for gravy since it was empty. The lady put a bucket of gravy on top of the garbage can with a spoon. (See pictures) I asked for a bagel since those were also empty. She grabs one out of the kitchen with no gloves on and after wiping her nose. The same morning the "manager" was late for his shift by a couple of hours. He drove into the parking lot like a maniac. He almost hit two young children, having to slam on the breaks. I asked him why he had to drive like that and he replied that his car did that itself. No remorse, no apology to the upset family. The last day this so-called manager parked his car in the fire line/on top of the sidewalk. There were open parking spots literally 15 feet away from here. The staff acts like they don't speak English, except when checking in. There was nothing good about this place outside of the location. Oh, and the clock is set 20 minutes ahead so you clock out sooner (at least ours was). There are plenty of other hotels within minutes. You don't need this disrespect/headache. Go ANYwhere else. I will be placing complaints to the Board of Health as well. We travel often, and this is by far the worst place we have ever visited.
