I liked the location. The staff where great and the breakfast was nice.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bedding had stains on it and so did the chairs. Carpets had rips in the and the bath tub had hair in it.

everything was great. waffle made in a shape of Texas.

We had to go to the ATM across the street because the front desk clerk insisted that we needed to have the incidental fee cash because she didn't know how to get it back from the system. The room was stuffy and smelled like smoke even with it being a non smoking room the room was super stuffy . At check out there was a huge line because they had lost some of the cash they had held for the deposit not a good hotel would not recommend

The staff was super friendly and understanding. Just sucked I had to pay for a night I wasn’t able to use because I got a flat tire in Hillsboro, TX and couldn’t drive on a donut until I got my tire fixed the next day. but the lady was able to check me in so I didn’t lose my room. They gave us a room downstairs closest to the front desk as requested for safety for my son and I. They don’t allow food in the rooms for breakfast due to people trashing the room and getting food on the floor which is totally understandable.

There was a back gate that was closed and locked which made it hard to get to Walmart and other shopping areas. We had to exit onto the survive road and do a Uturn to go back in order to go to Walmart and food.

Quiet, off the beaten track. I was there to see my son graduate from Lackland BMT..so it was quiet for me, not too far from the base. Breakfast especially since I was leaving early to get to base.
