Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

This hotel is excellent because it is centrally located near food, shopping and entertainment. We have stayed here 3 times in 2 years. It is pet friendly and always clean. Very comfy beds, plenty of room and equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. You can't go wrong with this hotel. The staff is also very nice. It is our half way point while traveling from Georgia to Maine.

I like that the location with close to the park. That’s about it.

Where should I start! The bed sheets were torn. One of the two beds smelled like urine and wasn’t used. There were hair all over the place, it’s as if it was never cleaned. I’m pretty sure there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. The tub wouldn’t drain at all. I could hair in the food both days I was there!

Easy on/off major highway access, great multi-purpose gas station next door.

Wish I could have kept the fan on to cover highway noise.

This was a one night overnight for us and it met our expectations. Pool was nice touch for our kids. Breakfast was good and much appreciated onsite. Rooms were clean.

Location: 14 minutes from Hershey, it's a great choice that's not too far away if you're doing multiple days at Hershey. It's a little hard to see it, but it's behind the Sheetz gas station. We ended up driving past it because there was no visible sign, but the hotel is close to the highway. So if you're planning on hopping on it to go home, this is a great location. Staff: We were greeted by a very nice staff member, Denzel, that explained everything to us. He was extremely patient and kind to our two little kids and even engaged in a few jokes. He was also very helpful when we needed extra sheets and toothbrushes, as well as putting our freezer packs in their freezer so our chocolate from Hershey wouldn't melt on the way home the next day. I had to go down to the front desk a few times and after the 2nd time, we were on a first-name basis and laughing every time. Super nice guy that clearly loves his job and cares about the people who are staying there! Room: It was large and having the sofa bed helped accommodate our two kids while the two queen beds fit 4 other family members. We had a renovated room (not sure if they're all that way or not) which had hard floors, 2 large screen TVs, and updated bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the small side but hey...it's a bathroom. There's also 2 mini-fridges which was nice since we had chocolate to keep cool for the ride home. Price: We paid $272 for a 2-queen room which also included a sofa bed. This fit our family of 6 perfectly and we were able to save money by having just one room. While it wasn't the cheapest room around, it was also not the most expensive so for the value, we liked it. Breakfast: EXCELLENT! To have breakfast included was a nice bonus because not only did they have your typical cold breakfast (cereal, milk, juice, muffins, bagels, etc.), there was also French toast, a waffle maker, eggs, and sausage. Something for everyone!

Sheets: There were some hairs on the one queen bed sheets so we had Denzel give us an extra set of sheets to change out. There was also some hair on that set but it was just 1 long hair. I get that the dryers can't get everything off of them but that was the main issue we had. There was also no set of sheets for the sofa bed in the room so I had to go down to the desk to ask for that. Not a big deal, but if there was a set already in the room, that would've been helpful. Bed: The beds seemed soft and squeaked quite a bit. That led to all 4 adults not having the best rest since we tossed a lot. The pillows were also pretty flat which didn't help.

I liked that the floors in the room were not carpet and I always love free breakfast. It was reasonably priced and close to where I needed to go. The front desk guy, Denzel was very welcoming.

The Front desk Staffer (Denzel) was amazing. He is a definite asset to your organization. He should be in management. If there is a mentorship program or a way for him to move up. I definitely recommend him. He display qualities that leaders have. I am a 20 yr Vet and a program manager for the government. He has all the qualities that make a business successful.

Friendly staff and ready to help out when the tv in the room did not work. Clean. Love that the rooms have no carpets.

We liked the rooms and beds. The room we got was an accessible room, it met expectations and exceeded. Definitely going back again.
