The bed was comfy and the area was convenient. Staff was also very friendly and they made sure we had plenty of towels
The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a hole on the wall that had a bloodied tissue in it. The tub sunk in the middle and seemed to have some kind of patchwork. The bathroom walls had holes near the floor that lookes like they tried to place mesh and paint over it. There were rose petals left over from a previous guest. And I don't know if there was miscommunication, but I asked to have my room refreshed and sheets changed mid stay(we stayed almost a week), and they simply changed my trash cans. Nothing else

Everything was great. No problems
Now for house keeping, that's another story. Knocking on door at 10:30 am. Comes back 10 minutes later. Than came back again. Knocking on door for about 2 minutes. This guys was like a pain in my ass. Plus I am disabled. I can't move to fast. Plus I was having issues that morning. Guy Knocking on door saying house keeping. That was not making things better.

I didn't stay in the room
There was no stopper in the bathtub, I needed a bathtub, they would not fix it, or give me another room, or refund my money when I went to stay someplace else. They were also rude when I asked for my refund.
I am still fighting to get my money back as I did not stay in the room.

The young lady that checked us in that afternoon at 5pm was very nice. She made sure we were checked in quickly and honored our requests.
The room was very outdated and had an old smell. The bed sheets looked dirty and the bed sounded like it was on a piece of wood. Every time you sat down a made a noise like you broke the bed board.

Booked my room 2 months ago on the app and got a confirmation number instantly but when we arrived yesterday they said I never booked a room and didn't care what booking had to say.

It was not clean at all. Our room smelled of piss. The mattress covers are nasty. 1 of our rooms cover had blood on it. And we had to help remove it. And trying to talk to a Manger for 4 days in a row is a joke.

I didn’t like anything about the property. I arrived late, I called ahead to let the hotel staff know I would be late and was told no problem, as long as you are here by 3am. When I arrived the hotel attendant, Peter was arguing with a customer. He was extremely rude to the young women, I’m not sure what happened before I arrived, but I was completely appalled by this staff’s behavior. Once he was done with her, he thought he would handle me the same way. I told him under no circumstance would he talk to me in that manner. He was pleasant to me after that. There was no parking, but people were allowed to double park their cars and (to be continued).
An RV was parked with a big truck taking up numerous parking spaces. On to the room. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn’t want to touch anything and after a long drive I didn’t even use the bathroom. i just started calling around to get another place to stay. while walking to my room someone was arguing with somebody in their room. It was very loud and they opened the door as I was going into the room. The hallway smelled of marijuana. The person continued to argue and was getting louder. I was afraid. Once I secured another hotel, I turned my key in and left. Peter did offer to go with me to talk with the person, but I didn’t feel comfortable with that and I didn’t feel comfortable in the room (even without the loud person). It looked dirty, stains on the chair, grout around the tub looked mildewed. I would have not been able to sleep in the bed or use the bathroom.

The staff was pleasant.
Room was dirty and smelled. Bath tub was dirty. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Big red stain on the carpet. The TV didn’t work. The last straw was the bug we saw. Was suppose to be non smoking, however another guest left with a cigarette lit in his mouth.

Very thin walls you can hear your neighbors and the room above you. No hot water available first thing in the morning. Loud guest in the hallway.

The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.
Carpet in room was sticky. Room was very dark and lighting was poor. Everything felt shabby, especially the bathroom. Considering the condition of the room, it seemed a little absurd that we had to pay $25 extra for our 10 pound dog to stay with us.
Breakfast was sparse.

Room needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade. Breakfast needs to be a lot better! Sharing the same cream cheese for the bagels is gross, especially with covid, RSV, and the flu.

The desk clerk during check-in on 12.26.22 at 730 pm. was cordial and professional. Too bad I didn't get her name.
The room was smelly, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Water pressure was super low in the shower, and the shower head was abput 2 inches in diameter and hand held. Breakfast consisted of nasty coffee and bread to make toast. Had to go ask the front desk clerk for bagels. Sad. There was a weird smell in the hallway, and overall, the place needs an upgrade.

The whole hotel: from the small/tight parking lot, single elevator, nasty walls from lobby to hotel room.
The hotel was sooo nasty...I didn't bathe & slept on top og the bed spread (with my clothes still on).
Glad we booked with Howard Johnson for the remaining stay.

It was rundown, dated, and didn’t seem particularly clean in public areas.
