The location is good. The room is clean. The beds are very comfortable. The price is unbeatable.

The breakfast items were limited. However, for the low price per night, it’s understandable and acceptable.

The fact it was the only hotel to pick from and we was tired.

Everything. The guy kept trying to over charge me more than booking.com and the room was falling apart...literally. The lamp look like it had been in a fight the roll away bed was like sleeping on nails and they did charge me extra for that. So this is a have to only place to stop. Beware.

Manager was very helpful, gave us same discount for 2 days even though was booked under 2 reservations so we didn’t have to change rooms.

Room needs to be aired out after cleaning so residual smell doesn’t remain yay check in

This isn’t the Hilton but far from it. Breakfast was coffee, orange juice and dry cereal we did not eat here.

First of all let’s be clear. This is not Hilton, not by far. Rust everywhere. Mosquito problem may be due more to deep pit filled with water near units. Desk clerk with worst attitude; insisted anyone over 13, including our 15-year-old, was an adult (not according to Booking.com sliding scale) and wanted to force party into smoking room despite 2 nonsmoking rooms booked. Food in microwave removed by owner (no photo). Most recent improvement appears to be plexiglass divider. Dead bird in middle of walkway turn from office to motel units; had been dead awhile as bones visible.It was there the evening we registered and still there when we checked out the next morning, despite owner and staff having to pass more than once. One bed in each of 2 rooms had hairs not belonging to us. Front desk clerk screeched so loudly, couldn’t hear anyone in room. Reviews answered with”sorry for inconvenience we’ll take care of this issue in the future.” Dead bird and plentiful rust stains indicate remedial action is not immediate.
