What breakfast????

Bathroom floor & wall has water damage. Entrance door has a large gap around it. Dog droppings in grass in front of entrance.

We normally stay at this location and don't have complaints. But.... Our sheets had these little black ball piles stuck to them. We couldn't use the one bed because it irritated skin. So had to share the full size bed. Asked the next day to have the beds turned down for new sheets so the second night would have been better. We get back to the room to find nothing had been done. So went to the front desk and they handed us sheets to change the beds ourselves. That was disappointing. But after we changed them we slept a little better. Also didn't have a blow dryer, fridge or microwave.

The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and they treated us well upon our check out.

In the middle of the night, there was A misunderstanding with one staff member Diana due to there was a group of young kids throwing a party, Diana threatened to throw me, my family and others innocent patrons out of our rooms and to call the police if we had a problem. Shortly afterwards a family member in another room saw a roach. We took all of our belongings to the car, but didn’t sleep well since we were afraid of being put out and also to see a roach.

Fairly clean room, bottom floor as asked

Although I failed to notice before booking as I thought this was pretty standard now - no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee pot. The two roaches came free though

Room was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to highway, attractions, stores and restaurants.

Had to call the front desk for towels, washcloths etc., which were promptly made available to us. One bed was more comfortable than the other.

Not enough wash rags or towels.

Perfect to thruways and restaurants, stores.

Floors could be cleaner. More towels and was clothes. Other residents on second floor throwing cigarettes on car below.

Breakfast was not included. One of our double beds was wet. We could not use it. Pretty disgusting. We did not go to the reception desk because it was 9:00 pm and we just slept in the other bed. I'm not sure why the bed was so wet.

Like I said above, one of the beds was wet. The floor was sticky and crumbs were on the floor.
