Elevators were dirty and hotel had a funny smell

Rooms are clean and in working order. It is central to many restaurants. It is perfect for heading to the airport/cruises. Breakfast is included, which is a huge highlight. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pool too. At some point the carpets will need an update. looks like someone got some bleach on the rugs in the halls. Each room has a fridge for a few snacks' beverages.

The location was convenient to Orlando Airport. Clean, there are improvements to the property that are ongoing. We had an issue with the AC in our original room. Geoffrey and Gabriella did their best to fix the room, when they couldn’t they easily transitioned us to a room with good AC.

The pool and hot tub need some TLC, they worked, just need some sprucing up

My room ( two different rooms on two different nights) spelt so strongly of chemicals. At first I thought it was the Chlorine cause we were on the poolside but the other night we stay in the front of the hotel. Almost smelled like a mix of chlorine and RAID. It was nauseating. Also some how the staff got my cousins wife’s info ( we have the same name) and was contacting her about her stay. Which is weird since I booked the room with all of my information. So that was an added headache.

Had to pay extra to park. Room kinda small for 4 people Orlando to busy for us.

There was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The driver was friendly and informative. The bed linen was clean and the refrigerator worked.

The check-in personnel never looked us in the eye and were very sterile. Just asked for an ID and credit card. The breakfast offered was all white, no fruit was left or anything healthy. I'm glad it was just for one night. The carpet in the hallways was very worn and bunching up. I made sure the kids kept socks on in the room

It was okay. The room was more than adequate for the one night. I would not choose this for more than an overnight, though.

Overall, the hotel was very dusty. Front desk folk were pleasant, but often not responsive or did not follow through. I waited for a long time for transport from the airport. Staff had even given me the wrong directions to where I needed to be - so not knowledgeable. I was the first person at the transport slot and watched for almost 40 minutes while 14 other hotel vans picked people up and left. (Average 15 minute wait for folks as they arrived and were picked up.) Mostly high carb kid breakfast. Again, dusty, and not well stocked.

It felt dirty, rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly, only had a bar of soap to shower with, some of the towels were stained, bedding didn’t fit the bed.

Excellent location for airport. Was clean and functional and the transfer to the airport was great! Just make sure you get there early as our was completely full at 5:30am.

Fridge in room was a little noisy.

Had a free airport shuttle, but it only seats 10.

The shower faucet handle fell off when I used it and when changing from the tub nozzle to the shower head the nozzle started to come off too. I had to hold it to the wall with one hand and pull up on the knob with the other.

The housekeeping service was very poor. We booked 2 rooms as we travelled as a group of 6 adults and 1 child. Stayed for 4 nights, and one room was not cleaned up, not even once! The other room was cleaned only once. We have asked for a housekeeping service and the reception said our rooms were on the list for cleaning. But when we asked the housekeeping people when they cleaned other rooms, they said both or our rooms were not on their list. There was a big miscommunications between the reception and housekeeping. Also we requested for an airport transfer at 5am, as we have a very early flight to catch. The receptionist told us, transfer bus would leave 5am on the dot. But by 5, the driver was not there yet. He finally came after 5mins, loaded all luggages and owe only left around 5.15am. As a result, we almost missed our flight. Had the bus left at 5am, we wouldn’t have to run all the way from security to our gates! The hotel definitely needs to improve their communications with all staffs!

The location was great!!! Right outside the airport with plenty of restaurant options. They even have an electric van that take u to stores in the area for tips!! Sammy the owner was great!!

Staff here were super accommodating. Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel close to MCO airport. The hotel's shuttle service picked us up quickly, and then the desk scheduled us for a Lyft to return in the early morning because their 5AM shuttle was already fully booked. Service above and beyond, especially for a last minute guest.

Room is pretty basic, and noise from flights went on for several hours.

Breakfast was sufficient but there was very little variety. I have seen much better in smaller hotels.

The shuttle service is not sufficient.

Conveniently located, wide rooms and a helpful personnel staff.

This property is in need of some maintenance and remodeling. Example: floor rugs has to be changed, same with bathtub and toilet!

This time around the bedding was much better! Thank you for that, the comforter and the pillows were good and comfortable. The room was big and spacious

The bathroom needs more love, there was mold around the faucet and handle in the bath tub and no garbage can to discard used items

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt ausreichend Schubladen für Kleidung. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ist es schön ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war nicht besonders sauber. Eine Renovierung/ Modernisierung täte dem Hotel ganz gut.

Nice sized room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking and very close to airport. Perfect for my first night's stay after arriving from England.

The bed was comfortable and the jet bath was lovely.

The breakfast was awful . There was a very limited offer - sugary cereals, waffles that you had to queue to make yourself, scrambled eggs and biscuits with gellatanous gravy. No fruit, hot water for tea bread/rolls or butter and only paper plates and cups were provided. Very disappointing, I had to eat elsewhere.
