We stayed here a year ago and found it to be a cute hotel, comfortable bed, etc Returned this year and the front desk checkin guy was the same guy, but he turned rude, full body eye roll type, hardly said 2 words to us. Room maintenance was severely lacking you can tell they did not do any upkeep. Our toilet started leaking as we were headed out to graduation party and needed to switch rooms quickly…front desk guy first told us there were no other rooms, then found one, when I tried to ask a follow up question he hung up on me! The bed however is still comfortable!

I asked if there would be any financial considerations since we had to switch to a smaller room, and the nasty front desk guy said “you would have to talk to the general manager “ and hung up on me! Instead of contacting the gm himself and inquiring…. I left a voicemail for gm Summer May 5 days ago and still have not received a return call….i would never stay here again

I loved the whole vibe. It was very nice, very different i loved the colors and paintings lovely . the room was set to a relaxing tone and the robes were so cute, and the front desk guy was so nice and welcoming
