Maintenance and cleanliness could have been better.

The location and view was amazing!

We had an issue with our jacuzzi tub. It kept spontaneously going off during the night and then it leaked into the first floor

The location is fabulous and the view of Newport Bay is stunning. The one bedroom condominium we stayed in was very clean, large and having two full bathrooms was wonderful. The living room/dining area had an electric fireplace that kept the room as warm as you’d like and added a nice ambiance to the room. The full size refrigerator and stove also make it easy to eat in if you want.

The fold out couch/bed was not comfortable. The mattress is thin and you can feel the springs beneath which also makes it a bit noisy when you move at all on the mattress. For two adults it’s not ideal, however, children might be fine with it. Also, the people who stayed above us played their music very loud until almost 3 AM.

Awesome location and view

The air conditioner in the bedroom was loud did no sleep very well because of it

Lovely location, large condo with two bathrooms perfect for traveling with our son. Much nicer than two hotel rooms would have been. Nice kitchen area, coffee and teas in room.

Location was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly.
