Location is fantastic. Walkable to everything!!! I love the little bar restaurant in hotel lobby which had live music the evening I was there. The staff super helpful.

You cannot beat the location. You are close to some of the city’s best restaurants, you are within walking distance of Bay Steet and City Market. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and professional.

No complaints, the hotel was as expected, parking was a trick because of construction and one way streets, but that is not the hotels fault. Oh, and it rained, that was a bummer.

The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The valet/bellhops were very friendly.

The front desk clerk, Kyla, checked us in. She was not informative, she was distracted and not at all welcoming. You are listed as a 4 star hotel that’s why we chose it. But she gave 1 star service. After she gave me the keycard she didn’t direct me to the elevators, didn’t tell me the amenities or acclimate me to the hotel AT ALL! Someone was being checked in next to me and they were getting excellent treatment and I mentioned this to her and she just said sorry and didn’t make any attempt to rectify. I later came down to tell her. She was apologetic and gave me the intro but it was too late. Unacceptable.

Everything was perfect. Great location for exploring central Savannah, very helpful staff, comfortable and exceptionally clean room, and a roof terrace with a pool.

Everything was perfect. My only recommendation would be to avoid paying for the car valet, and park in a public garage around the corner for a fraction of the price

Josh was fantastic in the restaurant.

While Josh was great in the restaurant 2 others kept asking if everything was OK between every bite. Very annoying. The facilities were a bit dingy. Additional fees were ridiculous. Destination fee; valet fee not to mention taxes..discounts for trolley tickets but no concierge to give them..more cons then pros. Location was acceptable.

The security measures in place, the staff, and my room was superb. The room was well stocked with snacks and personal necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All natural by the way. So my stay was very headache free and relaxing environment. Would definitely have another stay here.

The bathroom sink had some leakage and they were using the bathroom trash can to catch the water so I didn't have a can I could use in there. So that was kinda irritating but I didn't complain because everything else was pretty much wonderful so that to me was just an irritant but not overwhelming.

The reception staff, rooms and location are the best feature of this hotel.

We stayed here for a long stay the last time and some inconsistencies in terms of the quality of housekeeping service.

Location is awesome! Staff is extremely kind and professional - especially the receptionist and valet! (The valet was so helpful!) Free snacks and water in the room were a nice gesture!

Most everything. Quiet, very comfortable, and very courteous and professional personnel.

We found the TV in our room wasn't displaying available channels to view. We called for a technician to resolve. He informed us that this was a known problem associated with a switchover to a new internet provider. There was a workaround which he informed us about. Had we known about that to start with, it could have been easier for us to deal with. A short, written explanation to all guests until a permanent solution is implemented would lower the number of calls for help. The "speech" by the technician regarding this known problem apparently has been repeated many times to other guests.

very nice unexpected perks with my booking… had welcome champagne or sangria. Also offered free beer or wine tasting at the bar and choice of 2 free appetizers. Staff at front desk and bar were friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent! very comfortable and clean! Parking garage so close was a plus!
