They room space was nice.
Bathrooms are unclean, the bed sheets were dirty and had holes all in them.

They didn’t have our reservation (but they already took the money of course) so they give us a Suite with a dirty sofa bed
We slept all 4 in the king bed
The breakfast doesn’t exist, they only give you a granola bar with juice or coffee/hot tea

Room near entrance
The room was dirty. They did not serve a hot breakfast ask for extra towels. Staff told me housekeeping had the keys toilet was nasty bed was nasty TV did not work. Asked for someone to help. They never sent anyone I wish I can get my money back

son had to use the pull out couch.. he’s 40 and there was no pillows, no sheets or no blankets.. hotel said they ran out.
bathroom door locked people inside.
my outside door did not lock right and people were yelling in the hall all night and it seemed very unsafe.
our room was originally $87 for (2) queen beds but we paid $174 for (1) king bed with a couch for my husband, son and myself.
This was the worst hotel stay ever and we only stayed here as we had a long day of flying and didn’t want to drive 3 hours home. terrible hotel.

Free parking available was good. room size was good. location ok. gas station right across the street.
Room smells a little funny, didn’t bother me tho. Although when I got back home I could realize all my clothes were smelling like the room. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. I was solo traveling so didn’t care a lot, but other people probably would complain. I didn’t have the option to put a sign to cleaners don’t clean the room, which I usually prefer them to don’t come. One of the front desk staff was rude to other woman.

there was no breakfast served. property was smelling bad, specially the hallway had a rotten smell. room also had a smell. bathroom was also not well maintained. floor was stinking in the room as well.

Parking lot was covered in trash and poorly maintained. Stated that breakfast was included and it was not either days. Late at night there’s a lot of noise from cars and people in the halls

Close to the airport. That was nice.
No microwave. No coffee maker. Only two small towels that we needed to get washed in order to get more. The power went off for 20 minutes. No breakfast like advertised.

The staff were wonderful
When I first checked in, they had given me a key to someone else's room and they were in there when I got into the room... that could have gotten me killed. Please make sure that all of the rooms are accounted for or at least hire more people because nobody seemed to want to come to work that day... I heard one of the employees begging another one to come in because there was nobody there to work the floor

Last minute availability and value. Front desk agent (East Indian) seemed genuine and earnest about helping. A stark difference from others. I didn’t get a name because he did not have on a name badge. I liked the size of the room (#217). It was eerily quiet so that’s a big plus. Great vending machine prices right outside my door. If ever in a pinch and on a tight budget, I would consider staying here again.
Dysfunctional TV set and remote. No ability to get a wake up call. Unprofessional behavior of the next morning front desk staff. Sloppy attire. But, African-American gentleman was at least friendly and accommodating. Never got his name. Again, no name tag.

Location is convinient as it is close to airport.
The hotel was really dirty, they gave us an smoking room and the whole floor smelled like weed. Everything was really dirt, carpets, walls, bed and in some spots signs of burns from cigarettes. Even the pillows were not pillows, more like a small cushion, really unconfortable. The whole hotel smelled really bad. Needed to ask for a chair as the room did not have any. Not even a trash can on the room. I wont recommend this hotel for anyone.
